Customer Service was great. Was only concerned that front tires were down to 25psi so we added air.
Kim KJulie’s Floral seemed like an unlikely place to drop off my rental, but Julie was professional, knowledgeable and, especially given the conditions of my experience with my pickup and the truck I was rented, she was patient and kind.
MICHAEL MJulie's was great. 20' truck was clean, but old and out of alignment. Averaged 8,77 mph for 283 miles. Ouch! Time for new equipment.

Mercy MWiFi availability. Having to use the App because the location wasn't open at puckup was incredibly difficult. Returning was impossible using the app, luckily location was open and the shop owner took care of it. The cell signal at the location is spotty and WiFi would help. The truck itself smelled of weed. The steering was very loose. In summary the app kind of sucks. Instructions were sent only after I called support from the pickup location The shop and owner was very nice and helpful but not there until 10am.
Steven HThe license plate was peeling off to the point were you couldn't see some of the license plate. Luckily we didn't get pulled over being it was peeling off. It was a little slow checking out with the service in that area. Besides the license plate it was okay.

Jamie BOverall disgusting experience with U-Haul… waited five hours for a truck at a location that was 45 minutes away from original pick up… was not compensated all the miles they said they were going to … was unable to go to gas station because.. again five hours late so gas station was closed and we were already over miles and couldn't drive further without being charged a fee… then a cleaning fee??? The only thing with that truck was moving blankets and the truck wasn't that clean when we got it… I paid 300 for a truck that was beyond late causing me to lose an entire day moving and having the landlord charge me another month… and I reserved truck 10 weeks in advance…. Just awful experience and they will rob you blind on top of that….

Edgardo SWe were doing an out-of-state move and it was kind of last minute. But we were able to reserve what we needed to move.
Smatha GThe location was great. The truck was old and needed to be replaced. There was no power when going uphill when empty. The overhead door was all rusted and very difficult to open and close. If this was the only truck available for rental next time, I would go some where else.
Roy MI was told at pickup that I could drop my rental cargo trailer off in Hillsboro, NH. Upon arrival, I was told that I could not, and it was suggested that I drop of at a location in Weare. Not convenient at all. I said I did not have time, as I was taking time off work for this return. Then I was told to take it to Peterborough at Achille. This was all on my time and dime. Not impressed with the service or communication by UHaul. Customer service is obviously not a top priority for this company. Seems to be the way of the world these days.

Mark RThis location is the most convenient for my needs and Julie gives great customer service. I am grateful that she is able to partner with Uhaul in addition to operating her own business at one location. Julie provides a valuable service by offering her location as a place for rentals, it has helped me out in a bind and I'm glad she is local to me. She will take great care of you.

Thanh HThe trailer I rented doesn’t have a jack to raise the tongue to the hitch and it is very heavy so one person can’t hook it on this does not make any sense since you have to have 2 people to man handle getting it hooked up
Marc ATruck had 1/4 of a tank of gas. Had low fuel light after less than 50 miles for that. If I put more in I get no credit for that gas. This will be my last u haul rental ever. I will use Penske

Sandra SJulie was rude and acted like she was doing me a favor by waiving a fuel charge for me but I filled the gas tank to exactly what it was when I rented it. I had pictures to show her.

Christine HMy reservation was confirmed. Late the night before my 7:00 a.m. pick up, a voicemail was left saying they did not have the truck. I had to drive an hour away to pick one up, putting my move behind a total of three and a half hours. The help I had lined up for that day could not stay any later than originally planned, leaving the move to two of us The customer service rep was condescending. She told me something along the line of it's the end of the month, what do you expect?

MARGARET WPoor cell service (at least for me) so the smart phone on-line check-in features worked but did so slowly. Best to go in during business hours if possible. She is very helpful.
William SFirst I must say the owner was very friendly & pleasant to interact with. The truck was not maintained or prepped properly for my rental. 1) The blower motor fan was not working so no AC, but more of a safety hazard was the defogger did not work when it began to rain and the windshield fogged due to humidity. I could not see and had to pull off the road. This is such a safety hazard and not acceptable. How can you knowingly rent a vehicle with broken fan motor safety!!!! 2) The glove box was broken and someone attempted to duct tape it closed and the tape failed so it flopped open /close as you drove down the road. 3) The cab was not clean. There was food waste on the seats and floor as well as mud/dirt. I find the fact of the cab not being cleaned or even attempt to clean it is totally unacceptable with Covid & now monkey pox. I have rented numerous vehicles in the past and to be honest it seems that NO dealer cleans or wipes the surfaces of the truck -disgusting and non hygienic ! 4) The radio did not work which was the least of my concerns Looking ahead I will be hesitant to rent from Uhaul with these experiences

GARY MRental was done via UHaul Truck Share 24/7 using cell phone. However, when got to location, there was no cell phone service. Luckily, Julie from Julies Floral and Gift happen to be there even though normally closed on Sundays. She was able to take care of us. If not for her, we would have been screwed! You should not be doing 24/7 from this location on days it is not open!
