The office was short staffed resulting in a wait time to get the truck key.Jayme K.
Reserved the pickup in Buffalo then was notified by Uhaul It was changed to Brooklyn Center even though Buffalo had 2 tow dollies. Had to redo the reservation for Buffalo. Had no assistance from employees to hook up or drop off the tow dollie. Had a 1/2 hour wait 3X while they figured out how to complete the reservation on the computer. The place has large dogs in the customer area that bark and growl at the customers. Employees really don't seem to know how to work the uhaul software.Robert L.

This location was approximately 25 miles out of two large cities.STEVEN S.
While the staff worked with me to change the pickup time, they failed to include any of the additional equipment I requested, such as the dolly. I picked up the truck before the store was open so I had no recourse. If picking up like this eliminates the option for such equipment the customer should be notified in advance. Other than that, the staff was friendly, patient, and helpful.Craig L.

It sucked I had to drive from saint cloud to buffalo to pick up a truck at 1 and it didn't arrive until 3. But it's not the locations fault it's the people that didn't return it on time.Summer S.
The Truck was a fithy mess and also it wasn't the location that I should have been to the Uhaul in St Paul on they put in the wrong dates so I had to drive to Buffalo MN instead of St Paul and add 3 hours to my moving day this is the second time in a month Uhaul has screwed up I'm very angry and disappointedBRIAN L.

Buffalo location opens at 10:00, website gives the option of picking up earlier via website on cell phone. I went thru the process, was told I could do the pickup at 9:00. Truck wasn't ready that morning and I was told I would have to wait until 10:00 when a employee showed up.John S.

Insure equipment is safe and works properly. Wrong tire on trailer and trailer lights kept blowing a fuse which prolly bad wiring in trailer.BRENT J.

I rented the truck, used 36 miles, and returned it within 2 hours. I did add on the extra insurance so my total was 89 $. I wish that Uhaul would have offered a discount to me for returning it so fast. My quick return enabled you to rent it out right away the same day to someone else, and i just think it would be the right thing for you to have given me a large discount for doing so. My entire experience was ridiculously horrible. The best part was friendliness of location. Coorporate Customer Service has been horrible. Your system is horrible. Tracking of what step in the process I was in was beyond ridiculous. I don't know how I am going to be able to use uhaul again.Connor T.

The cab and the truck bed were full of mud. I mentioned it to the gentleman behind the desk when I brought the truck back and he just grunted at me. No one asked how the move went or how the truck wasJonathan S.
The truck was dirty in the cup holders and in the back it was not swept. The employees were rude and I keep getting charged on my card extra when I only approved 96 $. I only received an invoice for 96 $yet small fees keep showing up on my card. I will be disputing them and never recommend this location to anyone else.Nadine Z.

The left rear tail light did not work. I think the bulb needs to be replaced. It didn't work when we picked it up but we had no way of fixing it. Great customer service at pick up and drop off locations.Jerry B.
