I was over charged for one. They took one amount of of my card,and quoted another!

Avis WThe truck was filthy, not swept, debris inside, (face mask, used rolls of tape, broken plastic). The roll up door was broken, we had to use a piece of number to hold it up. The cables were attached and when we went to close it it almost took our sons fingers off!. Unsafe and Filthy! Customer service was subpar! We had to drive to another town to pick up the truck since first location changed twice! Horrible experience overall

Valeria LThe uhaul had no gas in it which I took a video before driving off in it. The oil light kept popping on and also the check engine, it will smell like something is burning. When I called they told me they were just maintenance. The lady kept texting me rude text messages from where I picked the truck up from. They tried to charge me for not cleaning up the back off it but I couldn't from having it repoed because we couldn't get it to crank.

kyle fI reserved a 20 ft. truck and only got a 15 ft. Your scheduling is horrible and these are people's lives that are being disrupted. Uhaul management needs to have a serious review of practices because what you're doing now is pathetic.

charles rI was sent over and they tried to give the truck I reserved to another person. Was suppose to pick it up at 1030 and did not get it until almost an hour later.
MORGAN TEverything was good I will use use U Haul every time I need to move.
THOMAS BI scheduled a truck and went to the 4216 W Waco Dr location to pick it up only to be told when I got there that it was not there. My reservation said to go there. I had to go to the 429 W Waco Dr. Location. I never received an email or call to tell me that it was at a different location. This made me late for the pick up I had. There it took forever to get the truck which made me even later. It was dirty and did not run well. It struggled to go and stay at 70 mph, not to mention trying to get it to go the speed limit. Several times it started making noises and the temperature gauge went to hot. I'm not sure why a truck that doesn't run well would be rented out.

Michael DI had reserved a trailer at another location. When I showed up they weren't even there. So I went to Just Stickers and Rosa gave me excellent service and saved the day. 5 stars for Rosa and Just Stickers!
JOHN WTook way too long to check in etc. The girl making the reservation was great and very informative So great job there Then the young lady working the front desk did a great job. And I could change my drop off to Aspermont So that was a pleasant surprise Thanks to Ellison So overall I'm happy

Jeffrey BIf you know you have reservations scheduled and plan to close…. Let someone know. Very unacceptable and dangerous. You closed for your safety. Uhaul still said I needed to come in to this location to secure my reservation. I traveled In pretty unsafe conditions to arrive at a closed location. A simple phone call would have eliminated the risk, preserved a customer, and simply would have been the appropriate thing to do.

Vencent FOn line reservation said your car hauler would work to move my small pickup. It did not fit. Your trailer was too short.l returned it and they wouldn't give me a refund. Will never rent from you again and will tell everyone I know to do the same. Hope you put this online with the rest of your reviews.
Mike MUhaul was terrible to work with. They messed up our reservation day (was supposed to be Friday and Thursday they called me and said I was supposed to pick up Wednesday). The agent said he had to cancel and rebook it, but he set it up for a city over 100 miles away. When I complained, he changed it to a location on the wrong side of town but at least in the right city after a 20 minute wait. When I went to collect the vehicle, the site would not let me proceed to pick up the vehicle. It took me over an hour to reach someone in customer service who confirmed the reservation was not properly set up. From that point on everything was ok, but it was a train wreck to that point.

Susan GJust Stickers 2 is where I made my Uhaul reservation. Doing business at this location is the absolute best part of my moving experience!!! I would recommend to EVERYONE moving near or far.

JOSHUA CThe back had a lot of dirt that my loaders had to sweep out. No offense to them though. Small independent location/dealer. They were very nice people. I have moved so I don't know of anyone needing to move at this time.
CHRISTOPHER DI used a card to pay here that I've had for two years and never used the physical card as it was my savings account to get my new house. The first time I used it was to pay for this rental at just stickers 2. Two days later I have charges on the account and money is being emptied out of it. When I paid I didn't think twice about the guy taking my card into the back room to swipe it, must've been when he copied the info.
