1. Eliminate this location and find another location that will at least provide, at a minimum, a way to contact the property owner / manager when inevitable issues arise using unattended online rental capability and processes. I spent over two hours chasing and resolving to be able to get my truck because these idiots had it parked inside their gated, inaccessible property. NOTE: The several U-Haul reps that assisted me throughout this nightmare of what should have been a simple pickup were without fail polite, understanding, responsive within their ability to assist and a pleasure to work with under frustrating circumstances.

Vasyl TWe had to pick up the truck during closed hours and it was locked up in a lockbox. We had the hardest time getting the lock off. It seems like it was really weathered and needs replaced. It was very frustrating as we were standing out in the hot sun trying to get this thing open. We ended up having to call U-Haul for help. The U-Haul agent was extremely helpful and we were able to get the lock open, but I would not come back to this location because of this issue.
Hildegard BThe location was fine, but it was NOT the location I reserved. I got a call a couple days before my appointment. They switched me to this location which was further away and added 30 minutes to the rental. Nobody was there at 8 am to get the truck, which was a scam in itself. It's under 12', but labeled a 15 because of the 2' above the cab. I had to call the location number and a really nice women tried her hardest to get there as fast as she could to give me my rental. At 8:25 I finally got in the truck and it was almost empty. I had to immediately put gas into it. When you move, you make plans to be organized and efficient. U-Haul made sure that wasn't the case. I had people waiting on me that had to be done and back at a specific time. It added stress to something that should have been smooth.
