Dereje NI made a reservation online and was contacted very quickly by phone. I don't understand why, if the order was made online and all the information was provided. Oh well, you show you care about the customer. I clearly stated the start time of the rental car when ordering, but when I went to the online booking confirmation page, the start time was automatically reset to noon. Kindly fix this flaw. The company employee who served me was polite, courteous and explained everything in detail. But my disappointment is that I was returning the car before the deadline and had to wait for an employee for about an hour and no one answered the phone. Yes, there was a sign posted advising of possible unavailability, but not for more than one hour.

Berhe AI followed the directions on the UHaul app to the drop off location. Nice picture of the place. It took me to this location. However on arriving, I was told I could not drop the trailer off there. I had to go to their secondary storage location a few blocks away. Apparently, according to the K Mini Mart person, I did not read the email directions. What email when all you need is the app?

Colleen DThe 5'x8' trailer was great. The attendant drove to another parking area to get the trailer, but help with hooking up and answering questions. Easy to load, unpack, drive, hookup, safe with operating lights and chain. Fast!
Ronald TI was already annoyed that my pickup location was switched without my confirmation. To add to that I had to walk over 10 minutes from their shop location to where the lot where the truck was actually parked.
Matthew PThe drop off location is first of all listed under the wrong address. We dropped the trailer off at the listed location, called to say we had done so and the manager threatened to charge us with a wrong location drop off if we did not hook the trailer back onto our vehicle and drop it to the location of his choice, which was a hotel parking lot, again with no human to speak with in person. Everything was done over the phone and in text. We had no real way of proving that we had dropped off the trailer other than the pictures that we took. The manager was extremely rude! Never again! Extremely inconvenient and frustrating!

Damilola AIt was my worst experience of all my previous bookings. There was no equipment in the place of the store, the manager did not explain anything, placed my order and told me to wait outside. Then he got out, got into the pickup truck and told me to follow him. It was too strange. He was driving fast and we could barely keep up with him. If we had stopped at a traffic light, we would have been lost and did not know where to go next. It would have been better if he had warned us about this right away and given the address where the trailer is stored. I hope my review will improve the service in this place to the highest level of U-Haul

Cathy PWould have given 5 stars but when I told the staff member that I didn't own a mobile phone he treated me like a thief or criminal, and very reluctantly agreed to give me a trailer. I was deeply offended by his treatment of me as I have rented trailers from U-Haul for 20+ years. Even when I told him this he said that he could not take my word and had no way of verifying it in the system.
Eric ADo not trust this location! We forgot an item in the truck and, when we went back to get it, they told us nothing was left in the truck. We will never use this location again!
Janna IIt is very difficult to communicate with this location as no one answers the phone, there is no voicemail or email options. When I was there in person , staff was very friendly. My rental was as expected but had definitely been smoked in also. Met my expectations for price point.
Kelly SGarbage in the truck and no gas in truck. I had to pay $130 + for a 3 day rental to get a uhaul for 49 hours and only drove 22m and it cost me $100 to fill the tank of gas. Not impressed Will recommend budget or anyone be4 uhaul ever again. From beginning to end at least 20 different people only 1 person was remotely helpful.

Cody AUpon arrival the door was locked and I was unsure of when the attendant would be back. Not knowing, they have trailers at different location than pick up area had me wondering where the trailer was. At the time of my arrival, the attendant was helping someone else at the trailer location. (Website didn't mention this, which could be helpful for some people in future) Aside from those little things everything was great. The attendant was polite and efficient, trailer was in good shape. Would definitely use and recommend this location again!!

susan sWhen we arrived the K mini mart drop off location the business was locked mid day. We had to call the number on the door. When the agent arrived he advised that the rental trailer had to be dropped off at another location up the road or he would have to charge us another $50. We will not be using this service again

Andrea PStaff were friendly, personable, and engaged. They ensured that the tank was full, fully explained how to return the truck after hours, and walked us through the key return. When we returned the truck staff were also helpful, polite, and checked on our care of the vehicle.
Meghan WUnfortunately, I had no use for your 12' Utility trailer whereas the ramp did not extend the full 6' width of the trailer and the railings too high encompassing most of the trailers perimeter.
RICHARD FTruck we rented was taken by someone else. This put us behind with our scheduled move and was very stressful. The second truck that was put on hold was also rented before we arrived to pick it up. Had to get a larger vehicle because nothing else available. When charged was over charged and thankfully the k mini mart was very helpful in making this correction and refunding us the amount owed
