Char LI AM SO THANKFUL THAT I CHOSE THIS LOCATION TO RENT A 15 FOOT DRIVEABLE TRUCK. I DROVE THIS TRUCK BY MYSELF TO Lake Erie Ohio. Never once did this truck let me down. I am a 75 years old woman and I was perfectly safe the entire time, through snow and ice. This is an AWESOME company, the owner is WONDERFUL.

migon hMaybe wash their car while they're gone? Bake them a cake? I can't see anything done better or made easier than calling U-Haul when I need a rental. A cake is the only way to improve.

Antonio MI don't think there is nothing you can do to improve for the next customer. This was a small family owned business. The mom and son were genuinely sincere. The customer service was excellent. I felt right at home. I rented the 26 ft truck. It was old and beat up but it got the job done. I got to my destination and back safely and comfortably.

Tamika BThe vehicle has a lot of weathering (peeling paint, etc). The tire pressure light was on and the "service tire pressure sensor" message was displayed when I picked it up, but I was told "don't worry, it always says that, you'll be fine". Also, I was never informed my pickup location was changed, in fact never even got a confirmation text or email after I booked it online. That said the lady at the location was very kind and friendly.

Torre BI was not aware of the phone check in procedure. I did take photos for my records to make sure nothing was additionally charged. The tire pressure sensor was triggered and was on the whole time. Luckily I have delt with that issue in my personal truck and knew how to handle it. I wish there was a in town flat rate move that didn't charge $.79 per mile. I would have used the truck more.

Devan OInventory was very limited. Met my needs, but others may have to look elsewhere to find the vehicle or trailer they need. (& fully train your employees before leaving them alone and in-charge! She was apologetic and charming, and it worked out but...)

NICOLETTE WI turned my truck back at 3:55 pm and the place closed at 4. I was still charged an over hours fee and returned was registered at 4:15. No bueno. System is bad.
Steven Gi called several times on saturday during normal business hours, no response. when i arrived no one was at the location and i had to drop the car trailer off by myself after getting someone on the phone finally.

Anita MThis man was supposed to have a 15 foot truck AND A TRAILER. He sent me to another location AFTER I had been sent to him. He promised me the location he was sending me to was the "headquarters of U-Haul". I arrived to the Uhaul location he directed me to. GUESS WHAT -NO trailer available. Horrible experience and irresponsible.
TREVARIANAMICHEL MThe pick up was great but my location was moved after I had reserved a truck three weeks prior to my needed date which was very inconvenient. I did appreciate the additional mileage that was added to the contract to make up for the inconvenience.
