The site was run down , never saw the staff the grounds were in disrepair.

But you gave them to the two white people in line behind me. Ya thats right were black. Ill be making a stink so big your be on the local news channel. Jeff CProvide equipment in good condition, the light from the tow dolly was in terrible condition and it doesn't work properly. I take the UHaul truck and dolly to the close location to explain the situation but couldn't give a solution because they donde have any other tow dolly so I had to call road assistance to fix the problem. I really recommend do not split an order in 2 different location for pick up, there was not coordination between locations. I really have a bad experience renting the equipment for a big moving trip.
PEDRO AVery helpful and accommodating to my schedule, the pickup location was farther than expected but of no fault of KMC's. Be ready to drive a bit to pick up a tow dolly.

Bryan AYou need to explain what a drop off location is wherein there is no expectation of another human to be there to process the drop off. We didn't know that nobody would be there, and that it was necessary to use the app to process the drop off. While I'm comfortable with technology, yours does not work - I could not login to the account - and I needed to call customer service and search for a person at this location for assistance. Once we found an attendant, he was very helpful; but that was no mean feat - especially in pouring rain!

JEFF SThe space was a little rough due to recent floods, but the gentleman assisting us was very helpful. We were unhappy that U Haul changed our pick up location from Bowling Green to Grand Rapids and did not give us enough mileage to compensate. The "District" manager make a snarky comment of "it is only 11 miles" but the drive itself takes 25 to 30 min...so this added an entire hour to our day of moving. This might not sound like much, but when you are dealing with children, pets and traffic and hour is very long.
Tobias BAll of the local people I dealt with were great! The problem I had was with corporate. The reservations were terrible and caused a lot of problems for me. That is why I won't use you or recomend you again.

MIKE bLittle disappointed and the reservation system price quoted was not the price that I paid when they took the order over the phone they had the date wrong for pickup and then all the paperwork was a mess the pickup was a mess and they tried to fix it as best I could but all in all it still cost me way more than what it should have

JASON CThe uhaul company changed my pick up location without notifying me or asking if this was ok. This ended up putting me over my mileage and causing additional charges. The locations were as helpful as could be but the company gave me a terrible experience.
