The printer wasn't working. I didn't get any paper receipt. I waited an hour to get trailer and hooked up

Jose MezaArrived after hours 5:30 pm and no one there to help. Tried to do the app drop off and the location would not pull up somwe could finish checking out. Call the 800 # and Nancy was wonderful in finishing up the drop off.

Susan ChurchI don't complain or give feedback good or bad about any product or service but I feel like someone should know. I was taught instead of complaining about stuff offer solutions and you will get further in life. If you would like solutions to the problems below please feel free to contact me. The truck that the online service selected was behind another truck. I am thankful that someone was there even though the store was closed so I could get access to it. I am not sure why if I reserve the truck online why during the self check out process I have to do the same process over again. Also the self check out process took me almost 30 minutes as the system tried to call people. The truck sounded terrible and was in bad shape. It looked like it had been in a bad accident. There were no dollies even though I reserved one online. I had to pay $190 for one that the franchisees were conveniently selling. They blamed U-Haul for not giving them enough dollies.

Brad YoungWhen we walked in the first time the person behind the counter greeted me but was eating lunch and told me to check in on my phone with no offer of assistance or asking me if I needed help. I had to ask where to park the vehicle. No wifi to check-in with. When we finished checking in on the app the next person who greeted us was friendly and engaging. There wasn't anything wrong it just wasn't great either.

Richard PeddicordThe lady at desk was not polite. She told me where to park the trailer then I asked her for a jack to get it unhooked. She said to me just lift it off. After asking another employee for help to get it off they had me move the trailer to another spot. It took 3 of us to get trailer off ball of my truck.

ann harrisThe drivers license submittal was frustrating. I uploaded the images to my account ahead of time as prompted. Then I got another reminder to do it. When I arrived, the check in forced me to upload again. That was frustrating. Otherwise it was a good experience.
Shawn DerringtonYou can start by taking that truck to the scrap yard & getting rid of it. That truck was the worst piece of junk I have ever driven. It was very uncomfortable to drive. The seat was terrible, it needs an alignment in the worst way. The truck shook so bad going down the road & has hard to hold onto the wheel. After this experience I'll probably never rent a truck from Uhaul again. You should be ashamed to even have this truck in the fleet. I feel sorry for the next person who rents it.

Joshua NormanThe staff at K&K were friendly and helpful. But the truck I got had some serious issues! It was old and beat up. It had definitely seen better days. The front end had a bad shimmy in it. It didn't matter if you were empty or loaded. It was there. The red brake light and ABS light kept flashing randomly as I was driving also. Then there was the headliner. It was falling apart along the windshield. It was frayed and tattered and hanging down. It was obvious this truck had seen better day. It needs some work to make it road worthy. I honestly didn't feel very safe driving it. I worked for a truck leasing company years ago. I piece of equipment in this condition would never have been allowed to leave the yard! The box wasn't swept out when I got it either. I swept it out before I returned it. I'd like to know if I get the $25 they charged the last people who used it for not sweeping it out LOL
