Jerry TThe customer service was absolutely amazing! And I have rented from them before and had the same experience. However, they rented me a Uhaul that had a broken driver side mirror. It was held together by tape. I didn't realize until to was too late. They did not inform me, nor did they acknowledge it at all. I drove on the highway, to merge right, I had to roll down the window. Then, I had to stick my arm out to physically adjust the mirror. It would then automatically in once I let it go and I had no view of the right side behind me the whole time. That is incredibly, incredibly dangerous. It was also pouring rain. I thank God that nothing happened.

SARAH FI originally rented from your West Point, Ms location but your Jackson office called me and said I had to go to this location since West Point wasn't open on Sundays. I asked for compensation since I would have to go 15 miles to get this truck. Felicia and Alicia (manager) was extremely rude and basically told me if I wanted to rent a truck this was my only option. They also told me that Uhaul offered no compensation for my issue. If it wasn't for Ms Moreland, (owner) at the Starkville location, I would chalk this up to my very last time using Uhaul. Customer service certainly isn't Felicia or Alicia's calling. They were basically insulting to me and my needs in renting a truck. Ms Moreland was awesome and very understanding. The location was very clean and easy to find.
Cheryl SStarkville location was absolutely awesome used them many times and never had an issue. The Eupora "Champion Rental" was absolutely horrible. Originally the Eupora rental place was where I was picking up my truck. They never showed up and we called multiple times and waited over an hour. Horrible service and frankly I do not even know what the person name is that owns that Uhaul center. After reading reviews it appears that my experience is not the first one of its kind.

Shirley TI've rented here before and will rent here anytime I need a van or truck. Superb service. Friendly people and knowledgeable. They are so thorough and helpful. I couldn't think of one thing they could do better. Not one. When I walk in the door, I always get immediate attention and know that the equipment I will get works and is ready to go. These folks should be teaching all other UHaul people how to do business RIGHT. They wrote the book on quality service.
Don WPick up and drop off were both easy. Staff was efficient. Truck was in good shape.
Dana DLove the customer service, easy to rent and friendly. The truck was very clean and functioning but I was afraid to get on the interstate, steering wheel was extremely shaky like the alignment was way off.

Robert BGot a truck which was leaking gas from gas tank. They came and fixed it immediately once I reported the issue. But I ended up filling 8 gallons of gas for a 20 mile trip.

HANS HThe staff at KM&J had amazing customer service! They were excellent with helping us hitch the auto transport to our 20' truck, and get the auto on to the transport as well. They thoroughly explained all items in the paperwork and were very pleasant to deal with during the entire process. Super helpful. They relieved a lot of "moving day" stress for us.
