Paul CFirst hooked me up to a trailer with broken springs. Had to disconnect and hook up to a better trailer. Text from UHaul never came on second trailer hooked up to review trailer for damage inspection, ect. Got on road to go to loading destination taking a highway service road and suddenly the trailer started weaving back and forth and jerking the car as well. The trailer had fallen off of the hitch ball, the chains retained the trailer and the emergency brake engaged. Turned out the trailer tongue had not been secured at all, the locking device had not been twisted at all to secure the tongue to the hitch ball. Had to wait over an hour on the side of the road for roadside assistance to re-engage the brake to continue pulling the trailer. Luckily the trailer was not loaded and I was not traveling highway speed or a complete rollover of trailer and vehicle could have occurred. Pure negligence of staff at the UHaul location. Trailer was dirty and had not been swept clean. They give you a dirty trailer and expect it clean on return! What a nightmare, do not recommend this location at all.

Ron KLocation was CLOSED when they were supposed to be open. Wouldn't answer the phone, had a tacky message on recording. Wouldn't even answer when U-HAUL called to find out what was going on. Very POOR service.

Richard HIt is inexcusable that UHaul produces a 6' wide trailer with a 5' rear opening. Rented trailer for a specific task and it did not work correctly. At the least your trailer description should include a disclaimer about the limited width of rear opening.

JOHN RThe parking situation was difficult to figure out especially with it being right off the highway and you're supposed to back it in. It was difficult to tell where you can and can't park. Also not a ton of parking room depending on how many trucks are there.
