Bing DaiI'm ok with them not having the furniture dolly as I request but what bother me the most was I was given the run around about getting it from another location. The cashier or attendant was extremely inexperienced. After 30 minutes the attendant had me speak to the owner and we're going to refunding me the money for the furniture dolly, no problemo I said . When I return the vehicle I get my receipt I was charge for the furniture dolly.I know it wasn't much the cost but it's the fact that I didn't use the service
Omar MaganaI haul charges me for safe move coverage for $14 which I declined when I made the reservation. But the final bill charged with the $14 coverage. I think it was over charged since I declined it. The representative did not take out the charge when he made the contract and did not give time to read the contract, instead, just wanted me to sign the contract at the time of pick up the truck.

CHARLIE NANCHINGStore owner showed up 30 min after store opening and only after I called him to let him know I was at the location. He included mover insurance after I specifically declined and he charged my card twice after asking whether I completed the payment online. I will never go to this location again. Poor customer service and communication as well. 0/5

Bienvenido MacarioTake the truck out from the corner parking lot and bring it closer to the customer because I had a hard time backing out from the fence. Moreover, there wasn't any explanation of how things are different in driving truck because I heard the annoying unstoppable beeping sound while driving a short distance and asked why I kept hearing the sound. After a help, I found out I did not release the break.

Horrible experience!

Those two who were there on Sunday: one male wearing a hat in his 40s and a woman in her 40s as well with lots of pimples were the worst professional we have dealt in over a decade
Steve ChengFilthy vehicle with windows you cannot see thru, I asked them to clean them and they laughed at me, saying not their problem. Tried to sneak 6 blankets into truck so I would have to pay for them later. They couldn't even give me a copy of the contract. They tried to send via email but even that was ridiculous. Worst place ever to rent a U-Haul.

Chao JiangThe mobile pick up process will need to be improved. Took 30mins to check-in. The app and the website itself was quite faulty, 1st step was asked to take a head shot. 4 tries later, the pic uploaded. Returning the truck, I had to take a pic of the dash board 5 times for the picture to officially uploaded.
