They checked tire pressure and found my tow dolly needed a new tire. Replaced in minutes and I was on the road. Excellent service à la clientèle. Best U-Haul experience I've ever had. 5 star service.

Illarramendi OOMG ... Beyond words so helpful in returning the truck. Talk about service apparently husband and wife team work... Awesome !!! Very helpful and knowledgeable in what he was doing, very professional, polite. They made so much easy cause it was my first time turning in a truck. Thank you guys soooo... Made this experience pleasant . If ever do this again... They're the first ones I'd go to.

MIGUEL RDisappointed that u needed to rent a full size truck to travel cross country when all I needed was a pickup truck with tow dolly to haul a car... Maybe this is something that can be fixed in all locations?
