The manager was on time he was polite. He was kind and really had a good feeling talking with the guy when I dropped the trailer off. He checked it over with me and I showed him the defect and he said sorry you had to deal with that had a very, very good experience. .

Jeff KI was advised only the night before that my equipment was not available at my preferred location in Arnprior and had to drive an extra 30 km in the opposite direction to my move to complete this move on time. I was however really pleased with the service given by the K&P Storage Solutions owner.
John TThe trailer was actually picked up from another location in Eganville on Lett's Cemetery Road....you should remove that guy from being a U-Haul location....if you want more details please call me 613 585 3097. Keith, from K&P Storage Solutions drove over secure the trailer .....now that is customer service!

VINCENT REven after hours, I had support directly to owner. I had engine failure in my personal vehicle ( which was towing rental) and had another issue that they resolved at midnight on a Sunday. Unbelievable. Highly recommend. Very clean too.

Terence MOur reservation was changed the day before pickup. We had reserved a 10' truck, but were given a 15' truck instead, as the shorter trucks weren't available anywhere in the Ottawa area. The type of vehicle to be delivered should be confirmed at the time of booking & not changed at the last minute.

Charyl BWe HIGHLY recommend using K & P Storage facility for so many reasons. Firstly, Keith went above and beyond in renting us the storage space during covid to a family member that for health reasons had to move here to be closer to family from Northern Ontario without much warning. His compassion and promptness in having everything ready to his friendly smile and understanding made the move go so smoothly. The unit was very clean and we liked the idea that all furniture and boxes in the unit sat on top of pallet ( if you wanted them to) to prevent damage as we had the unit for two years. The rental rate, we thought was fair and at anytime we needed to go to the unit we had no problem getting into it, especially in the winter months with lots of snow. The compound is well lit with camaras everywhere. It was a pleasure doing business with you Keith and thank you for renting to us.
