Patrick the area manager was at K&T when I arrived. He walked me through everything. He was extremely knowledgeable and the staff at K&T were very friendly and helpful. Fortement recommandé!

I got a message the night before my move that the pickup location changed and was 20 miles further away. When I went to pick up the truck, the lock box wouldn't open with the combination given to me. I called the 800 U-Haul number. It said the wait was 10-15 minutes. It wasn't...it was 40 minutes before I got a rep on the phone. There was another lock box that was open with a key sitting loose to a 26' truck, not the 15' I ordered. She told me to take that instead. Total waste of gas because I filled less than a quarter of the truck. It's pouring on Labor Day (not your fault) but the roof leaked all over a mattress. I've used U-Haul many times before and never had a problem. This last move was a total disaster.

This is the SECOND time that u-haul has changed our pickup location a day before we had to move. I booked the u-haul 2 months in advance for this not to happen. The first time, we had to drive 1 1/2 (one way) just to pick up a u-haul the day before we moved. The second time, we drove 30 minutes (one way) in order to get a u-haul. This is ridiculous and I will not be using u-hauls again. The places where we picked the u-hauls up were fantastic and it is not their fault that u-haul keeps messing up.

I ordered furniture pads but were not in the truck and we're not available at the pick up site. I received two different pick up sites. Brookeville added 60 miles. It was not close to where I was picking up from.

The people at K&T separated themselves from the entire U-Haul set up. They didn't have any answers to questions or want to speak about the operation of the vehicle at all. They basically showed me the lock boxes were outside that house the truck keys and sent me on my way. They also told me to call an 866 number to initiate the pickup. When I finally did talk with someone at that number they had never heard of doing it that way.

No one there to help, none of the key boxs were locked, and I didn't know which truck to get.

Your online customer service SUCKS. I only used your service once prior to this but for some odd reason you had my account set up to another person's account. I was also informed their were 6 other phone numbers attached to my account. I asked if my account could be terminated. I was directed to another department which could not contact me for another 45 minutes. In the mean time I am at the dealer needing a vehicle. Everything gets set up finally but they request a contact. At that time of day people work for a living. The dealer sees my frustration says to use him as a contact. The online service calls and tells him that he can not be used as a contact. After 2 1/2 hrs of waiting on VERY POOR ONLINE CUSTOMER SUPPORT, I was able to get into the vehicle. It was a ridiculous experience.

Drop off process is painful. The location was nice and friendly, but no help with the return process. The app didn't work (couldn't find my drop off location) and the wait time was 39 minutes on the phone. I ALSO RETURNED THE VEHICLE WITH MORE THAN A QUARTER TANK MORE GAS THAN REQUIRED WITHOUT COMPENSATION.
