Not much. It was a pleasant experience renting at this location. Friendly personal service.
JOHN DThey were closed when I was supposed to pick up my truck, and they never informed UHaul of this. When UHaul tried to contact the owner, he did not pick up. I don't have any actual experience with the company because I never got to work with them. Luckily the keys were in one of the trucks, so I was able to get in with the help of a UHaul agent, but Kappy's lack of service led me to having to hook the truck trailer all up myself and go to another location to get my equipment.
