Rodolfo JMy original drop off location was in Centerpoint, Tx. I got there at 2:15 pm and they were closed. Their hours are 10a to 2pm. Crazy for during the week business. The website says they have after hours drop off but they DO NOT. We got there and the fence and gate around the business was locked, so we go to the next U-Haul return location 15 miles away in Comfort Tx. Debbie at Karr Docc was able to check our U-Haul in for us. She was very helpful and efficient.

Vera TDon't judge a book by its cove. Yes, this place looks like a junkyard. There are tons of broken equipment and vehicles everywhere, and many chickens running around. But the woman who helped me was super nice and extremely helpful. There were a few people in line (some upset) and she could have easily been frustrated, but she smiled and kept going. Will definitely go back for a Uhaul if the need arises.

Terre RDrop off location was several run down buildings and no personnel on site. Location looked like a scene from junk yard!

Front porch and yard looks like a trash heap...very unprofessional and surprised that UHaul allows their contractors to have such pitiful conditions for customers to have to enter and transact business.
Cynthia FThe truck was clean but the process of getting the truck and my experience with the truck sucked. My truck was in an old flea market lot without good phone service so the share truck stuff didn't work. I had to go 3 miles to the other flea market to get helped not a good experience
Roberta RInteresting facility. I spoke with the lady before we dropped the truck. A nice lady. She was not surprised at the cleanliness of the truck when I picked it up. Although I cleaned the truck, she said she'd clean it after we left. I received my turn in receipt, and did not have any extra charge(s) added. Will recommend.

Miles KI prefer a larger dealer. Office was small. Assume private individuals run the operation. Had a little dog in the office which pooped on the floor and I stepped in it. I like dogs but don't believe they belong in an office.

TYLER GLocation is VERY cramped but folks were super nice and allowed us to drop trailer outside their tiny location so they could squeeze it in.

NORMAN TYour app, 1-800 support, and chat staff were use less. No one could assist in trouble shooting my concern. Had to drive to another location with a live person to secure my rental. Spent 4 hours of my day to resolve issue. Your social media rep April Ray was quick to respond to my initial survey with a worthless "I'm sorry" email. Had she bothered to call maybe she could of helped me. 60 minute wait times to speak to a rep. Young lady at the Comfort location was very helpful. The only reason I rated 5 stars above is because of Comfort location. Your other services are 1 star at best.
RAMIRO TI had to go out of my way to get back to the right side of the highway to return home. Essentially added about 20 minutes to get back to the north bound side of the freeway.
