This dealer rented me a defective truck and when I returned it back it wasn't canceled. Instead I was charged! The return of the swapped out truck was supposed to be understood but it wasn't and the dealer cussed at me and then told me to get out of his store and then police involved to get my receipt!!!!!!

Tramail HollinsWe had to wait for over 30 mins for the employee that rents the uhauls they never showed up sonwe had to do it over the phone. The uhaul was in poor operation it seemed to have a transmission issue. Then when we returned the truck the employee was rude and made us move for his other customers then asked us to go back to the truck for the mileage

Steven PriceI can't remember the name of the gentleman that helped us but he literally went above and beyond. The person that handles their U-Haul rentals had left for the day so he helped us. The system kept giving him an error message but he kept trying and it finally went through. He really turned a tough day we were having around. I really really appreciate this location and their amazing service!

Tim WhitestonePickup scheduled for 9am, the individual in charge of u-haul didn't showed up 20 minutes late. Said that u-haul didn't let him know he had a 9am. Mention that I received a call and email from the scheduler the day before so find it hardtop believe that he didn't as well. Had cigarette buds in the cup holder. I am 64 years old and during those years have never had such poor customer service from u-haul as this experience. Worst ever.
Larry ButtelwerthYour agent was rude and berated me when I turned in the truck on time; he claimed I should have given him the (only ?) key to the truck when I parked it back where I got it the day before. Your agent's stated reason for wanting the key turned in early was that he might have an emergency, like a fire. That made no sense since the truck was parked overnight where it had been, in an open lot about 35 ft from the building and 100 ft from the nearest gas pump. At one point your agent said he'd "blacklist" me from U-haul rental for an unspecified reason. There is no excuse for the way I was treated.

Ry NooksThe overall u-haul experience was great. The lady on pick up was a great help. On return is where my experience took a turn for the worse. When I returned the u-haul I found d out I was charged for two utility dollies but only asked for and took one. The man in charge treated me as if I was lying and did nothing to explain my charges or if he would fix the over charge. I owed for an additional 10 miles and was charged more but in reality if I was refunded the price for the dolly I never took It should of stayed what I first was charged at pick up. But the man through a price at me with no explanation or good costumer service and left it at that. Completely unsatisfied and left feeling insignificant. This location can improve on customer service and doing a better job on explaining the charges and how they came up with the total like other more professional locations. Merci
Randall MarcumThe agent who did the rental arrived 20 minutes late for the rental appointment. He hooked the trailer up to my vehicle. When I returned the trailer at a different location, the agent said the safety chains were not connected properly. While they probably would have served their purpose if needed, they were difficult to unhook.

Gerald WaytonThe Shell station and it's employees were helpful. However, when we arrived to pick up uhaul nobody was there working who handled the truck rentals. Mind you I booked 5 days in advance so they had sufficient time to contact me to let me know of staffing issues. I ended up having to wait, called customer service who then had to reach out to the owner of station who then had to call them and do everything remotely over the phone since they were ill prepared. We lost over an hour of time jumping through hoops that could've been avoided had they been more professional and did their job.

Yvonne NovakThe truck was double booked, took an hour to actually get it, had 137k miles on it, had trash AC, loose steering, alignment off, and rented the appliance dolly and the wheel fell off while moving a 1k washing machine and damaged the finish. Literally the worst truck and dolly I've ever rented.
