Secure equipment on parking lot

No one was at this location. For such a large transaction I prefer the individual attention. I still had to go all the way back to N Main St High Point (where I lived) and pick up the appliance dolly because it was not inside the truck. My contact female on the phone was great but this is not the professional way to handle a truck rental,

I would be a little hesitant to recommend this location but it was there when I needed it. Personnel was friendly and helpful

Hard to find. Only signs on the far wall. Didn't match the instructions I was given for where to park

It was really bad. He couldn't find conf. number. Couldn't get credit card to work. And was an hour late getting to destination. Because didn't get the truck on time. It was terrible. Wouldn't recommend that location to anyone. And he has a really bad language berier.

The floor of the trailer was extremely dirty. I was charged $20 for 6 moving pads and a dolly that I did not ask for, and the items were not even in the trailer.

I called this at opening time and never got no one till two hours later.

I was charged for insurance I did not ask for or want. I was charged for a dolly and furniture pads that I was never given or that I even needed. I called the number on the paperwork and nobody ever answered. I emailed them and they never responded. Very disappointed!!

DONT OVERCHARGE FOR THINGS THAT ARE UHAULS PROBLEMS. I WAS SEVERELY OVERCHARGED I RETURNT THE UHAUL ON SUNDAY AND BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE DATA I WAS CHARGED TILL WEDNESDAY MORNING WHEN THE PLACE OPENED UP, IM NOT SURE WHY THEY DIDNT TURN IT IN MONDAY MORNING AND YALL WONT ANSWER MY EMAILS SO MAYBE FIX THE RETURN STUFF AND START READING AND REPLYING TO THEM THAT WOULD BE GREAT.

When I got there at my appointed time it was closed. The responsible person was a city over. Was late. Stayed on phone for 30 more mins trying to get someone to come help me. Upon arrival the next gentlemen was nice. Said hewassorry for what happened and the corporate office gave me $25 off my rental.

Location was not a usual Uhaul rental location...it is a used car/business center on a small city lot. However, Kay, the owner, was gracious and helpful.

Location was unattended during normal business hours. Because of the very reasonable cost of refueling this turned out not to be a problem - we intended to refuel but dropped the key before we remembered to do so. It was also hard to recognize from the street - we bypassed it twice.

Review the mileage side of the charges downward.

Be sure to have what is stated on the website, make sure you charge the customer correctly and advise the location not to give out a TRUCK with less than a quarter tank of gas, prompting a customer to get gas before actually gout anywhere and don't ask a customer to speed up the process or rush in because they have to pick up their child.. You are running a BUSINESS and arrangements should've even made prior when you have a confirmed pick up reservation at your location

They tried to double charge me I pay from the Gastonia location so I shouldn't had to pay when I got to High Point I put the tank back on a quarter of a ta double charge me I pay from the Gastonia location so I shouldn't had to pay when I got to High Point I put the gas back on a quarter tank of the truck sitting on a hill you won't read write the truck has to be level and from Gastonia to High Point it's not 117 miles so the person doesn't know what he's reading when I try to tell him I already paid he said no I owe him I ripped from U-Haul all the time I never had this type of problem

Great Customer service and very friendly. Would recommend to everyone and will continue to use this location
