The vehicle was very rough running. Shifted really hard when going into overdrive. Front suspension felt loose as if possibly out alignment or a tie rod issue.

The dolly and the blankets that I paid for were not included in the moving truck. Need my money back. The truck was tagged by graffiti as well.

Have the key in the correct box, have a contact number that answers if they don't, make the lock more accessible, and make it known in advance that this facility is only for mobile pick ups and may need to get approval before picking up. As, I did not have an issue with the approval someone else may. I was incredibly disappointed and inconvenienced by the way this location operates. For no reason should it take an hour to get into a box that is incorrectly labeled (I was told box 1 and the key was in box 2.) nor should the lock on the box be unable to be unlocked. I would never recommend this process at this location. I would never recommend this location regardless due to there's no contact person.

In the future I would not choose this location based on the fact that I don't gett off of work till around 5 in the evening and they close at 4:45 and if you choose to do an after hours pick up they start your time from the time slot you reserved not from when you actually pick it up.

The building was locked and closed in freezing temperatures, so we had to wait in our car until someone came by to give us the key. The UHaul had debris inside that could have easily been swept out.

Don't say it's one price then it quadruples after dropoff. I felt I was ripped off and it was filled back up with gas. If commission makes u rip people off. I hope you ask to use my charger again for your phone. I got screwed using your service.

Staff was helpful and truck was in good order. I took one star off because the facility was not as expected. This location is a very large empty warehouse with the exception of the staff's desk, several surveillance monitors, a couple of dollies and a small shelf with packing blankets at the door. My first thoughts were questioning the legitimacy of the business...but all was fine...just not what I was expecting.

I checked in on line but the system was giving the young man difficulty to complete. Eventually he had to exit and go back in. I do not blame him, he appeared to be doing everything right. The location seem desolate and at first glance appeared close until he came out. He was very polite.
