The employee that helped me used a disposable mask that was in awful condition. He also tried to take my credit card inside the building and wouldn't allow me to accompany him. Location was very sketchy and hard to find. Very unpleasant experience.

The truck was excellent. The service location, KCR Service Center, is a run down garage behind a vacant building which is extremely hard to find. When I went to pick up the truck they had no information about me and had to call to confirm the reservation I had in hand. When I returned the truck, the garage person delayed me by a half hour since he was with another customer and arguing on the phone about some credit card situation. A second employee finally asked if I was just returning the truck so I was able to give him the key and leave. The return time on the invoice was wrong - 4:15PM when I actually arrived with the truck at 3:45pm. Also, the gas gauge indicator was lower than it actually was as I had only gone 14 miles and put $20 of gas in the truck just prior to return.

Pick up location was changed by U-Haul the day before I picked up the truck. Had I not called, there wouldn't have been anyone around to give me the keys as it was a long weekend. I didn't receive the call they promised to confirm my reservation. I did NOT request a dolly on my order (nor was I provided one) but I WAS CHARGED for one! I was also charged an additional fee for insurance coverage that I had opted out of. This is not necessarily the fault of the location but an indication of how unprofessional U-Haul was during my pick-up. Will certainly explore all other options before ever renting one of their trucks again.

Reserved for 2 p.m. arrive to pick truck up told that there was no truck available and that the gentleman from Casey our service was not available due to him being on a service call he told me I'd have to come back after 2 hour wait I was able to get a truck save yourself some time hassle and grief do not rent from this location horrible service

The car was not ready at 12:30 as per the reservation. The manager of the lot was gone until about 13:15 and was extremely rude both on the phone and in person. I was only able to take out the truck about 80 minutes after I had reserved it, and when I returned, I was both charged fees I had not agreed to and was requested to pay an exorbitant amount of gasoline, with no explanation. I was extremely disappointed with all aspects of the experience other than the car itself, which was great. The location and its service, however, were terrible.

It took over an hour to pick up the truck. I was the only UHaul customer but the only person working had other responsibilities for KCR Service Center. There seemed to also be issues with the UHaul online computer process he was dealing with.

I returned the truck late in the evening of July 31st. I had considerable trouble finding the place as there were no signs indicating a U Haul location and the building is behind another building. There was no drop box for the keys. Luckily there was a gentleman inside who eventually came out. He indicated the location was fairly new and hopefully these issues will be dealt with as he was pleasant and the above details were my only issues.

Place is right next to/is under construction. No visible Uhaul drop off sign and did not find uhaul drop off box. Store itself is run down with sign crooked on the ground. It is even worse at night if you're doing night drop off.

I have only rented from the London Clark Rd U-Haul location before. They have always been very professional, unlike the satellite location that I used. First they couldn't find the keys to the truck I had reserved. When when it was determined that a smaller truck would do I was left waiting around while they talked outside. In the end it was more expensive to pickup my building materials than to have it delivered by the store. I also wouldn't have wasted two and a half hours of my time. Never again!!!

Pick up was a nightmare. They didn't even know that the truck was there? Had no idea that there was a pick up at that location on Saturday. The truck had garbage all in it and there was NO Gas in the truck. Told the man that and he said that's normal. I said I have never pick up a truck with NO GAS !! That was a total lie. The guy had no internet so he couldn't release the truck and had to call someone else. Another office had to take all information and billing details . So I better not receive multi billing. I always use U haul and have never had a problem. But this pick up was a total mess. They called me on Sunday looking for the truck and I said it was dropped off on Saturday night. No one seemed to know what the heck was going on. I was truly disappointed in the service and the whole experience of Uhaul this time. Would appreciate some sort of a credit regarding the lack of service and the state of the truck!
