PLEASE ADVISE COSTOMER: THERE IS NO PICKUP OF VAN KEYS, UNLESS THE OFFICE IS OPEN!!!!!! I RESERVED ONLINE, BUT DUE MAJOR LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN UHAUL AND MYSELF, I HAD TO WAIT TO THE FOLLOWING DAY TO MOVE OUT. do keep in mind, this is not a location issue, this is a CORPORATE UHAUL STAFF ISSUE. I should have been informed during my 2 phone calls or durring the online booking process, that pickup was not available outside of office hours

Samuel Eour location was moved the day before to one that did not open until after the time we needed the uhaul and what our reservation indicated. the customer service representative at this location was incredibly rude and unhelpful and did not want to accommodate us. I spent 3 hours on the phone that day to different customer service agents with uhaul and with that location specifically so it was a really frustrating experience.
