I'm not sure if they need more training or need more people in general. I didn't feel as if she knew what she was doing at all. I also believe it was because she was there alone. When I walked in there was two females about 20 minutes later one of them left as if it was the end of her shift leaving the other one to continue. They didn't have the equipment I needed to rent. No one checked the vehicles correctly speedometer was thousands of miles off as I'm doing my initial check I report it. She's confused and looking at me like I'm making a mistake she sends me back out to the vehicle to go check the vehicle and take a picture of it because she couldn't believe it was off that much I bring the photo back, she tells me to try to do the check again outside but upload the photo correcting, which of course I did prior to coming in to report, she seen that it wouldn't change but this is another thing that got me she asked to see my phone where the check was and it asked is the vehicle cleaned I checked no she changed it to yes knowing that she didn't clean the vehicle and asked me not to report it! She calls her supervisor they never answered she called a representative they said just let me go and they'll help her fix the mileage by the time I return because I was already late and behind a hour and a half. I leave but because it was so late I return next day do my check and nothing is fixed it's like she left and didn't complete the job. Worse experience I've ever had with U-Haul.

The trailer had a leak in the front top of the roof that allowed rain to leak inside. It ruined a pair of sheets

Unfortunately we were envolved in an accident but the trailer released and did not flip as well as did not sustain too much damage. Impressed with safety of your trailers

The rollup door on my unit would not stay up. I had to use something to hold it up when I needed to get in it. I did report it in the beginning but it was never fixed. Another complaint was the unit was a climate controlled unit but during the summer it was very warm in there. I had pieces of furniture that had mold on them. I think on a short term storage it would be ok.

The 2 Ladies who work the front desk are rude a Lazy, returned the truck Friday afternoon at 4:30pm,, the woman working the desk couldn't be bothered to go inspect the truck or check me out, said it would be done in the morning. When I called her out on not noting the time I returned the truck 4:30pm on Friday 12/29 given I was scheduled to return it Saturday at 1pm, or to go inspected the cleaniness of the truck and fuel levels she out right refused and then copped an attitude. This is the second time in 2 months that I have experienced poor costumer service and attitude from these ladies

The passenger mirror on the uhaul was broken at time of pickup - I did not notice until I got home and had already loaded the truck . Just that uhaul trucks might should have return inspections. Truck ran well The lady's at the Natchitoches Uhaul were super nice and efficient and helped me out on short notice. Gresham staff answered my questions and informed me of alternative drop off locations and offered great discount on first months storage if I needed it.

When I made my reservation online, I requested the trailer, a hand truck and 10 each boxes. When I arrived the trailer was great, I was told I had to purchase boxes directly from their storage facility and there was no hand truck available. So now I am being shipped 10 each boxes and an adapter plug which I have no idea why?

Have rented from this location several times and they have always been extremely nice and helpful. The next time I need a trailer or a truck I will definitely go to this location.

At this time everything was good I like the idea when you all are close you still can rent a U-Haul it was my first time doing it this way love the idea

I returned the trailer late at night. The facility was well lit and very accommodating to late evening returns. There was adequate space to safely return and park the trailer.

It was not the tendance fault. They left her alone to handle all the U-Haul business that morning. There was not an electrical harness on my trailer. And she could not physically lift the trailer to put on to my truck. The poor woman had 6 to 8 customers lined up, and she was overwhelmed.

The tank was only 3/4 full when we picked it up but we didn't notice until we drove off so we just accepted it and returned it full.

Location was closed..but was simple and easy to remotely return... nice uhaul ... only one i have ever seen with a backup camera and good on gas

Thw gate never worked. Staff was rude . I complained and asked to speak to the owner on more then one occasion due to the fact my storage unit was robbed as well as several others in the same building by someone that worked there. They climbed over from unit to unit from the bacl entrance. He is a slum lord do not rent from David mc graw..

The rental I reserved was unavailable. After switching to an available rental smaller than the one reserved, I did not receive the reservation guarantee reimbursement. Needed to be out quickly, ended up wasting an hour on a very busy day.

Store manager put a UHAUL contract in my name fraudulently without signature or my acknowledgment or drivers license.

The storage unit was very nasty and had roaches in it. We didn't even move our stuff in. We cancel it right away. Staff our nice and friendly but it just needs cleaning and pest control.

Definitely not climate control nothing about was clean over run with rats and dead rats in my unit definitely not worth it it’s full of spider webs and the list goes on I don’t know how many times I’ve had to call about them placing another lock on my until stopping me from accessing my items even when my bill was paid the only excuse is we forgot and it won’t happen again until it happens then it’s the same story waste of money

The only good thing about this facility was the nice lady who rented the unit to me. She was as helpful but I assume made none of the decisions as to address my concerns. I was told the unit was climate controlled, however the area I rented was much hotter than I expected. I asked about the temperature and was told the ac would be fixed/adjusted. 3 months later when we picked up my daughters stuff, the moister caused several items to be damaged including her tv and rug. Her tv stuck to the bottom of the cement due to sweating issues due to lack of moister control. Her rug also stuck to the cement and was covered in mold. Several of the boxes had wet bottoms causing some of her clothing to contain mold. So over all, not a good outcome and a costly mistake that I will not repeat.

I was completely moved out before Sunset on the 10th. I was satisfied with the unit itself but I did not need climate control I needed a larger unit which never did become available in the four months time that I was there. Please let me know if I have any deposit to be refunded. Merci.

I received great customer service here only thing I didn't like was my storage unit wasn't an air conditioned one and I had to keep unit for 6 months with going to basic training. But service A+.
