The brakes locked on several occasions while driving and screeched very loud a few times with just moderate pressure on the brake. Another problem, I had a 9:00 appointment to pick up the car. I picked up the car at 9:25 a.m. as stated on my receipt. My contract said that I was supposed to return the truck at 8:45 a.m. It did not take into account that picked up the car late. So I really did not have a 24 hour time period to have the vehicle. That is not right or fair. The person at the counter who I paid said there was nothing he could do about it. My opinion is the computer system should be able to recognize that my 24 hours should have started at 9:25 NOT my appointment time. As a result, I was charged twice for daily rental, 39.95 instead of 19.95 and for hand truck 14.00 instead of 7.00. I am asking for a refund of 26.95 plus tax. And a strong recommendation to modify your computer system to recognize my situation. I am certain that I am NOT the only person that this has happened to.

I am not happy at all with the service because while there may have been in the paperwork checking in via web or app not once was it mentioned while I was at the counter. This cause an extra $20 charge to my credit card. I will never go to this place ever again nor will I recommend it. Feel Free to refund me my $20 at any time.

I returned for drop off at 12, my appointment time, got to the door by 1202 and even though the store was closed, the attendant still helped. A little goes a long way. So, thank you.

I was never informed that this location would be closed and I would have to use a mobile AP to check in my rental. This cost me an extra $21.00 dollars which I also was not aware of. If trucks are going to be returned to places, they should make renters aware of hours of operation as not to cause total confusion and costs.

I dropped the rental truck off 2 hours prior to when it was due. I called the phone number that I was instructed to call....the representative assured me all was taken care of. Uhaul then proceeded to charge me a penalty, saying I did not call when I dropped it off. They also said they were unable to do anything about these charges. Terrible customer service, absolutely do not recommend!

Not double charge up to 300$ and send personal off site make sure the u haul vehicles are clean before ever being sent for some else to use cause there was used lint roler in mine and old food from previous use that i personally threw out. Also make sure they are charging original estimates then charging that again plus your regular fews for use

I had requested the truck rental for 2 days from 8/15 at 4:45 which would of been till the 8/17 at 4:45, I dropped the vehicle off Friday night at 10.pm and seeing how this was a counter pickup I didn't have the app to say it was dropped off and I get a bill for 3 days, and it shows it as being returned at 445pm on saturday which is the correct time that I should have returned it according to my reservation. I would not use them again or refer them to anyone. also it ask you if you need pads, but it doesn't tell you it's per day, so I got charged extra.
