Scott WhittenReturning the truck via the app was terrible. It took an hour. It stopped working when trying to submit a phot of the dashboard numbers, but said it was completed, but i never got a completed confirmation. I tried multiple times so I called the help number and they said they knew it didn't work and to just use a browser website instead of the app. Just tell us that in the app instead of having to call and wait for a call back. Why tell people to return the truck via the app when the company knows the app doesn't work?

marion loveThe front end was sloppy and wandering and required constant steering correction. It wandered from center line to outside line of road and was difficult to drive. Had I needed to use this truck for a long move I would have either returned it and requested another unit or pulled over and contacted the company. On the return while bringing it back after completing the move the check engine light came on. All of this was relayed to the individual where it was returned.

Emilio MendozaFelt misled. Ordered a truck to move furniture from my grandparents estate to my home, about 200 miles. Was quoted $20 flat rate and 0,79 per mile plus gas when I booked it. When I go to pick up the truck, they say I have pay $89, for a total of about $163 BEFORE gas. If I had known this upfront, I would have made plans to pick up a uhaul closer to my grandparents estate. I feel rather screwed over by uhaul as I had no other options with such short notice. The prices should be clearer upon booking, not sprung on the customer at pick up. I will try to avoid using uhaul in the future. I understand that this may be a systemic uhaul issue and not the fault of this Location. However, we were kept waiting for over an hour past our pick up time as the staff tried to figure out why I was being charged more only to ultimately shrug their shoulders. Not only was my money wasted (imo) but my time was disrespected as well. Uhaul is no longer a reliable company to me.

Richard ShindelarMake sure your equipment works. I got delayed 5 hours because the equipment didn't work. Ended up having family follow me out on a 9 hr move the first lying back the next day. Miles on my car, gas in my car that I planned to tow, and a plane ticket out of my pocket because the truck didn't work with a tow dolly. Not to mention I had to move my stuff into my apartment at midnight with my mom in downtown Denver. Super shitty situation and the only solution they offered me was another truck. After they delayed me 5 hours they offered to give me another truck. So I'd have to remove all of my stuff, repack it, then be on my way, like they were doing me a favor. Someone from corporate is supposed to call me but I'm not counting on it. I have the customer service number and I expect I'll have to call them 5 times before anyone makes this right. The people at the location were helpful but I'm not counting on uhaul to make this right.
Tanner MaukOnly complaint is - I reserved the U-Haul van for 7:00 am. Called to verify that it was reserved, and they said "yes, 7:00 am for Saturday." Showed up at 7:00 to pick it up and they didn't even open until 8:00 so why would they even let me reserve it for 7:00 and verify it for 7:00 knowing that they wouldn't even be open? Super irritating and a waste of an hour on moving day. Van interior was dirty, but otherwise it worked well and price was good.
