My overall experience was the most horrible experience I've had in years. I am very very disappointed in my matter has still not been resolved with U Hall.
Robin C.The location was extremely far and out of the way for us. It's hard to believe that no other location had the truck available for us when we reserved the needed 26 ft truck for weeks. We had to escalate the issue to find this location and truck. It's unacceptable as plans for made for huge family moving situations planned months in advance to have the moving equipment not available.

Mary O.We had a very bad experience with a previous U Haul branch. Rude staff, staff failed to explain the fees etc.. this branch was completely opposite. Very friendly and no surprise large bill as he explained the fees to us up front. Definitely going back to this branch for any rental needs.
Deanna O.The man at Ken Camps Auto World did almost nothing to assist me with the auto transport. Once I signed for it, he said, "you're good to go" without any offer to assist at all. I told him I would need him to help me, and he said he could only do so much due to his age and health. With an auto transport, I feel the U-Haul rep should be responsible for making sure the trailer is properly connected and the car is properly loaded on the trailer. He did almost nothing.
Jeffery H.When we went to pick up the trucks the credit card system was down which really put a wrench in our plans... having to come back the next day to p/u trucks was a great inconvience and the trucks only had little more than 1/4 of a tank on both.

Bart D.Mr. Camp didn't even know how to install his own epuipment. I had to pay another stranger to help me load my car to the dolly. I drove the car 5 minutes away to the Rigby Road location. They were startled at the results. I could have ruined my car and other people's lives driving back to Atlanta. Terrible customer service.
