Parking lot was nonexistent. Took a photo of the asphalt all torn up afraid to even try to pull onto it. Staff was a store teller who wasn't even concerned I was back. Called the store owner on phone and he told me to leave stuff. No help with equipment whatsoever good thing my son was with me. No customer service at allDENISE M.

Friendly no hassle service. Ordered online on a Tuesday, picked up truck on Thursday morning with no problems. I recommend this location if you are in the Black Rock, Riverside, North Buffalo area.Victor K.

I was over charged for the Uhaul. I placed my reservation online and put my credit card information in. The place charged me $10 first then after I was done I checked the receipt and they charged me for coverage which I did not want as I did not check that box in my reservation. I only had the Uhaul for 58 minutes. Then I was charged 53$ when checking my bank account yet there is no receipt for the 10$ they took from me. And why was I charged twice $19.95. Ridiculous!Essence V.

Remove uhaul services from this location. At first I was told they didn't even have uhaul, even though there was one in their parking lot & signs in the store. The staff was extremely unprofessional & acted as if we were bothering them. My reservation was for 12pm but we didn't pull off the lot until 1240p or so bc no one really knew what was going on! They never checked a single thing with me & even told me they were supposed to charge me for helping to hook up the trailer to the uhaul but didn't do so as â€œa favor to usâ€. Worst place to rent from! The truck was filthy too. Crumbs all through the front & subway bags with half eaten subs underneath the front seat. Truck was only half full with gas too.Heidi B.

Truck was located in a decrepit parking lot with broken glass. We chose our pick up date based on location availability listed on the website. Having to drive an extra 10 miles to this location put us over the 90 miles alotted and we had to pay for the extra mileage. Also,, the truck continuously had the check engine light on. No one at the 800 # ever answered the phone and upon drop off the clerk did not seem to care. We have used Uhaul numerous times, this unfortuneatly,was not a good experience.RONALDPATRICK W.
