Every time I spoke to someone they were wonderful and super helpful, place was easy to find and so were the locks provided, I am a little disappointed that it was a hallway unit but that's ok, looks super clean and has rodent traps for safety. I think this is a great place and has great people so far. Merci.

Drop off was easy enough. The mobile pick up and drop off is a bit time consuming having to upload so many pictures, but it was pretty self explanatory.

We tried telling the agent that the truck was not drivable. We lost our entire morning waiting to find out what we had already told the agent. We had to get a new truck. I was paying movers to help me so I lost a tone of money on Sunday. The agent would not give me anything for the inconvenience. I was not impressed with the customer service I received.

I've always been really happy during the six years I rented this storage unit. The facility is convenient and well-kept. if I have need of storage again, I will return.

As for the unit being clean, it's the Tri Cities and a lot of dust blows in so everything gets dusty but the facility as a whole is well maintained. The owners are very easy to work with.

The only improvements I can suggest I have to do with the online rental process I was having exceptional difficulties getting the app to work even with the location turned on it was still not working at all luckily a friendly staff member at this location was able to resolve the issue however when I arrive to return the U-Haul after business hours it took an extended amount of time for the app to work.

make sure the truck will actually work. had to wait for an hour after when picking up the truck because the battery was dead. After calling uhaul and being transferred to 3 different people it just felt like I was just being passed on to someone else cause noone wanted to deal with me.

We relocated to a new city, it was extremely difficult, as we had to move out before we could move in to new home. Kennedy' Self Storsge were great, very polite, and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Kennedy Self Storage

The only issue I had is I got charged for a month rent after I moved out and had to contact the facility to get a refund. Also having to give a 20 day notice before moving out. I havent seen that before on a unit. You should be able to move out without having to give a notice.

Had to contact the local rental agent as the last renter placed the keys in the after hours drop box - which when I dropped off the rental I was instructed to do the same thing Since I returned with the app it would be nice to have a Wi-Fi access point. It took me 15 - 20 minutes just waiting to get a signal via cell data because no WiFi available.

Miranda was amazing! I can tell she really enjoyed her job. I picked up my rental truck and transport at 4:45pm. Even though I was loading my car on the transport after 5:00pm (after closing) she came and helped me. That meant a lot...and it was 107 degrees outside. She went above and beyond what was expected and she should get noticed for it. Merci.

There was no jack or anything to get the trailer up to the height of the hitch. Luckily I had brought a friend to help me lift it up or else I would not have been able to get the trailer. The lady working was helpful but she would not have been able to help.

There were no UHaul signs. There were no lights. It was a storage place. It was at night, in an area we were not familar with & it was the 1st time dropping it off after hours...The location for a drop off was great... but a sign & lights would have helped 100 %.

There is a problem with the UStore insurance offered by UHaul at this location they don`t accept it but otherwsie good.

Thought it was a bit strange that the worker asked us to park the big truck since she hit the fence the other time. I am sure it was so she could blame us. We will NEVER use Uhaul again. They would not let us switch to the lower advertised price! HORRIBLE!

first location (Curley's Texaco, Richland) had defective equipment with no alternative. Had a hard time finding another trailer--took 2 hours but finally found one available and service there was very good.

The place we rented from was very clean and presentable and exceptionally friendly, but lacked the knowledge to charge us properly which ended up making us short on gas money for a tight trip! After that all got worked out the truck massively leaked. That truck is NOT water resistant at all. Our futon, recliner, tax records, 1 xbox, 2 vintage desks, double dresser, 3 twin mattress sets, all our kids paperback books, and even a bone growth stem machine ALL RUINED! I will never rent another uhaul! Couldve gotten over the overcharge, everyone makes mistakes, but ruining a bunch of my stuff followed by the knowledge that the truck wasnt taked out for repair it was put on the lot for rerental is NOT EXCUSABLE! Now the next person will get their things ruined too!
