Deana DThe only thing I would suggest would be to make sure the return process is explained better. We were told to call the 800 number after we return to the drop off location. We took our own photos, returned the key and then customer service explained that with need to follow prompts in the app to return which wasn't a very good explanation as it wouldn't load. Once we got in we were asked to take photos with the vehicle on. We were unable to do that because it was unclear before we returned the key and it doesn't allow photos to be uploaded from your camera roll if you have taken your own. Otherwise, picking the rental up was quick and easy. It was clean and drove well.
Jacqueline MTruck had an exhaust leak,it was pretty overwhelming-gave us both massive headaches-have rented from that location before-never any issues ,however I would be really surprised that they didn’t know about it

SONDRA GVan (DC 1192G) had no issues, but need to note, some pet hair on passenger seat in cab, otherwise, the truck was clean and dependable.
elizabeth mThe first van ((DC1028G) had a lot of play in the steering which made driving uncomfortable and somewhat unsafe. The next day we rented van (DC1192G) without any issues, but need to note, there was some pet hair on the interior of the cab, passenger seat.

RAY HThe employees were aweso.e. the equip.ent was fine. The one complaint I have, is this: uhaul put a 60 dollar hold on my debit card until return of equipment. I returned the equipment yesterday at 6:30 pm, it is now 11:15pm the following day and my 60 dollars has not. Even returned to me. This is unacceptable

Jeffrey WI'm a pregnant woman and had the help of 2 people just because I was 7 minutes late of the original time they over charged my card $68. Mind you it had to be dropped off on a Sunday at 2pm it was 2:07pm when I pulled up there trying to back it up!!! Just horrible people if you ask me a pregnant woman with a 3 year old at that doing what she can and only 7 mins late. Yeah never again
