Great People - Friendly -went over the functions of the truck
Edward KI don't think it's right to charge me $20. because I returned it after closing. I wasn't even told about this charge. I would have returned it the next day if I had known about this charge. I only had the truck for around 6 hours.

JEFFREY TPick up check in was a nightmare. I used my phone with location services turned on, but could not log in. I called customer service and after holding for 20 minutes received a recording saying leave a m save. Luckily, the owner of Kent's responded to my message and was there in a flash,. She was very helpful and that's why the service gets 5 stars

Rex HI was charged a $168,7 fee for a rental equipment I never received when I picked up my equipment uhaul. I think that's poorly handled to take money out of someone's bank account especially when they never received the correct equipment to begin with.

The place was really unorganized. The trailer was also dirty and not swept out. Would not recommend.

Ron HLess than 1/4 tank of gas on pick up, they weren't busty but moved extremely slow. The trucks transmission needs to be serviced, rpm's race very high.

Mark PWas charged an extra day even though facility was closed and after calling the 800 number who said that we returned it on time. Also charged an extra $30 in gas, even though it was filled up to where we were instructed.

Dennis Mon the JH truck the ramp was too short. sitting on level ground- pushing items up the ramp was like climbing Mt. Everest. The guys were walking up a very steep incline. the ramp measured 8 ft . We had used one before and the ramp was sufficient and made it easy to transport items and to walk.(smooth incline) The items were big and had wheels they were really having to strain.
Anna RU can start giving the payments made by debit or credit card back when u take the uhaul back clean an filled up with gas
