When we 1st got the truck the gas gauge was on empty for some reason they charged me for gas we put gas in it before we returned it and it had more gas and it will when we returned it than when we took it we also needed an appliance dollar that we never received and we were charged for that also when we shouldn't have been

They had one mileage an gas set price. I took pics to prove them wrong. Never was told how many miles I was getting paid $504+ $100 of it was deposit. Only got half that back. My experience with them was awefull....

Then the app. Promoted $0,79 cents per. mile yet was charged over a dollar per. mile. The gas mileage was even worse I'd assume because of the lack of maintenance to the vehicle. Very disappointed and appalled on what I was charged. Plan to speak to somebody asap

The truck itself was a little rough the check engine light was on, the brakes were very loud and pretty sketchy, and the shocks in the rear bounced us the entire time even with the back full.

Braydon B.My name is Phillip Wade ans I ended up paying over $200 and not sure why. My order number is : 28178028. I arrived at the location and my app service was down ans I want sure how to return the rental properly or if I already paid for the gas fill up or not and the customer service told me no one was at the location to help me at the time of drop off. I feel that $200 was me being overly charged and think I deserve a portion at least back bc I don't understand the surplus amount especially when I wasn't given valid instructions

SHUKRI H.I was informed via phone call day before my scheduled reservation pickup that the truck I reserved would not be available and I would have to drive 30 miles to another state to pick up. Upon arriving at that location I was exposed to the most rude, unprofessional person I have ever had contact with that they did not have the truck I reserved available. I had to drive 15 miles to the next location to pick up the truck. We were under stringent time constraints with friends and family waiting to help. The employee was ZERO HELP and a very bad representation of UHaul. I'll choose another company for future needs.

Greg P.The original location on Bardstown Road was gravely understaffed the day I picked it up. The one staff member working clearly didn't have a clue what she was doing. Line did not move at all the first hour (literally). Other customers got irate. Once additional staff showed up the line moved but I still had to go to the different facility to pick up the trailer, despite having a reservation. That facility, Kentuckiana Motorsports, was fine. They had the trailer and no line.

We arrived in Jeffersonville IN to pick up the vehicle which we were told was not there. We had 30 minutes to get assigned location before it was given away. We were 30 minutes from the location so thankfully we arrived in time. The rep at Kentuckiana Motors was excellent.
