Location was not the problem. The website, app, trying to check in online, trying to scan drivers license, and trying to check in online after returning the vehicle was the problem. UHaul sucks. I will never use your services again.

Fred FMy vehicle information was entered in, but the fact that the straps would not reach over my tires, was not flagged. My tires are 20 inch, and the straps came up several inches short. I ended up paying 56 dollars to waste about 4 hours of my time. The computer system should recognize if vehicles are released with tire sizes that the are too large for the equipment to be used with. It would have saved me time and money.
