Using the farm for someone that doesn’t do a lot with the cell phone wasn’t very good experience I didn’t like it at all and it took a long time to use the phone to get to the links I’d rather deal with someone in person and I won’t never use the phone again they have to be someone there for me to sign a paper with a pencil

The process was quick and easy and definitely prefer waiting in a line only downfall is I got charged for a dolly that wasnt provided so it was kind of difficult moving my big items.

That lady is crazy. Came out swinging her arms and yelling st us telling us we couldn’t leave our rental there. This was the address for drop off. She was an idiot. Rude and nasty. My uhaul days are OVER. After this fiasco, Penske definitely has my business! We own a business franchise and one of our trucks broke down. I rented a Penske last week. Will never rent from Uhaul or refer . NEVER. Hopefully I never run into that rude witch from the Enon location ever again. She’s nuts.

There was a mix up as to where I was too pick up my Rental Truck once I figure it out where I was to pick it up from it was an easy pick up and easy return however a call would have been nice to let me know that they confirmed place was not where I was to go

I checked in online and it still took 50 minutes for me to get the truck. I had requested a dolly and pads for my move. I was charged for pads but didn't not receive pads. When I inquired about pads she told me it would take her additional time to locate the pads. I requested a credit for the pads since I was charged. Still have not received the credit.

I was charged for rental equipment that i said i didnt want and it was already in the truck. Then i was charged .99 cents per mile when i was told it would only .33 cents. I was also given two different addresses to pick up from and not the correct number to find out where i had to go. Worse place ever!!!!

We originally reserved a 26 ft truck from a different location. When we went to pick it up they told us they didn't have it and that u-haul had just called said they wouldn't be able to deliver it. They sent us to dunns where they had a 14 ft ( half the size we needed) that we could use, but had to have it back before 24 hours. We were not very pleased!

the probblem was that i came in after hours and nobody really helped me unload. when we call we had to deal with a call prompt that was not helpful we had to call 3 times to get to a person that we could talk to. using a call prompt is lazy and not personal. what if something to the trailer or something i could not get a hold of someone and i am talking to a cpu instead of a person.

Personnel did not help with this u-Haul return. He stayed inside. I had to go in to ask for a block to keep the trailer from blowing across the lot. The location appeared cluttered and un organized.

I was impressed with Dunn's service and willingness to help me check in the truck. It was a very packed location with little room to park the 26 ft truck, but that was a minor detail. Overall, good service

The staff was uneducated as to how a corporate bill was to be handled and it took about 45 mins for me to check in and get the truck and going. Time which could have been used to pack. The truck was given to me with the gas tank below half a tank and the staff said the people most have taken gas out of it. My invoice said the truck was to have 7/8's of a tank.

The facilities are run down; the staff acted as though he was on drugs. A positive: it is a convenient location.

The left light did not work but yet I was allowed to leave. I went home and tried a new adaptor as well as hooking up to another truck. The lights did not work still so we returned the trailer. This was a total of 60 miles spent with no reimbursement for gas not to mention trying to find another trailer. We will not be using u-haul again.

Again, it seems like there were closer sites. As I was charged for 15 miles over and the difference in my preferred sites would have been under 15 miles... it seems not enough miles were originally quoted.

I was given a number to call to get their hours. The lady indicated that they were open until 9pm. However, we arrived at 8:15pm and the location was closed. They need to inform UHaul of their correct hours so other customers don't have the same problem.

well i got pulled over by the police 5 damn times because the u-haul tow dolly did not have a licences plate on it. i think i should get reembursted for my trouble. very bad service IMO.
