The process from the beginning to the end of the rental was easy, fast and cheap. The truck was clean and the person who helped me Was very nice.

Robert HThe location smelled like a dog kennel, the dogs are out and barking. fur all over, people who are not dog people that's a turn off. Especially kids the dog should be put up or in another room while conducting business .The truck had tire lights on and some other ,the windshield wiper did not work. The truck smell like it had horse hay or something in it I had to sweep it out.

James CI was told the mileage would be 29 cents a mile and was charged 89 cents a mile. That's a huge difference! Actually more than doubled the expected cost of the rental!

Amanda EI was told 3 different pick up locations, changed the 2nd time 10 minutes before pick up time. Had to drive 25 minutes to a different location only to find out they were closed. Then got the truck at the original location. The guy at Key Realty was so awesome. He saved my opinion about the company.
Laura JMike was incredible, my order was really messed up I would get one text saying one thing, the mobile app wouldn't even open the order, and I'd I logged into the web it would give conflicting order info. He went out of his way to make sure I was able to complete the SPLIT order that was created. Although I would have preferred picking both Truck and Auto Transport in same location - Mike made it a very easy to work out. Thank You Mike!!!

David SEven though the office was closed, the gentleman that took care of us was very kind enough to accommodate a pickup time for us. We needed the pickup by Monday morning before 6 a.m. and he doesn't open till later in the morning,So he allowed us to pick it up on Sunday before the end of the day. That was extremely helpful for us.
Sylvia MMaybe not make me drive 90 miles each way to pick up the truck and waste 3 hours of two people's time..I was called at 3:30 in Friday that my truck wasn't in the area and that I had to get it and they would not give me any compensation for my time or my gas and wear and tear on my person vehicle. Very unhappy with your customer service

Leo SThis location was quick and knew how to do everything to make my time short. In the past - I had to wait to get the unit and also had to wait to process the return and run my receipt. They made using UHaul easy! I would want to use them the next time I rent!

Mike JThe vehicle was slightly messy when rented. There is setting to change volume for the chime when doors open or seashells off yet u cannot turn the volume any lower than halfway down. I'm not sure who would want to make an already inferriating noise go up any louder. Plus the gas tank was 1/2 full when rented to us and when returned we had to prove it was filled up exsactly to where it was when we got it. I would hate to be the nieve person that doesn't take photo proof and gets stuck with the bill. Other than that the rental person was very sweet and helpful, excellent customer service
Kymberlyn MSuper easy, came outside to say hello and verify I could park where I parked. Since ending up having to do the 24/7 service, he waited outside in 15 degree weather for me to take pictures. Very nice!
Shannon SI will not use UHaul again. Had to drive over an hour from Illinois to Wisconsin because there were no one way trailers within 50 miles of my location even though there are 2 large UHaul dealers within 10 miles of m area. They had trailers but were round trip only. Unacceptable that I could not use one for a one way trip. A lot of wasted time on the phone and visits to those locations near me.

Peggy KIt took several investigative phone calls to finally get to the U-haul pickup depot that had a one-way trailer I spoke to a U-haul service rep who claimed I was all set with my original online request
Chris LService was great but the U-Haul we got was loaded, and I mean loaded, with dog hair and I am very allergic. Did not make for a nice drive. Over all good if it was not for the hair and allergic reaction it caused.

misty cI want to also make sure to say that both highway 280 U-Haul in St Paul Minnesota and key realty U-Haul in Beloit, Wisconsin are amazing. The staff are understanding empathetic and great listeners. No joke they are just the best now I know where to go if I need a moving truck they made the process super easy and there was no stress key realty U-Haul in Beloit Wisconsin was top-notch Mark is amazing I'm very grateful to have him being able to understand and being willing to listen and be empathetic with the situation thank you so much I can't stress it enough thank you so much I am very very grateful.
Lonnika BWe had multiple problems on the road. Tried roadside assistance twice and I will say it needs a lot of improvement. First - response time is poor and dispatch time is poor. We solved our own problems otherwise we might have been stuck both times until a weekday. Unacceptable by my standards. Especially when this involves moving across country which is already a huge stressor.
