on my arrival, it took me one hour and fifteen mins to finally get the truck as the assistance did not know how to properly complete the transaction. he was on the phone with his manager who was not present. extremely frustrating, was late for my business trip, along with that craziness this attendant was assisting other customers at the same time, this is indeed a bad representation of u-haul and they should not be involve in this type of business, they are only qualified for their gas station and selling lotto tickets, cigarettes etc. this location had only one staff member inexperienced trying to help 20 people on line and give us a truck???? the sad thing is nothing is going to be done about this horrible nightmare of a branch. on my return the night attendant tried to defraud me of $20 gas claiming i didn't pay until he was forced to recount his draw and then place the gas in the truck, need i say more?????

The front desk told me that I had to fill with some gas the truck I used , so I spent $10.00 in gas. After when I received the invoice they charged me $7.00 aprox more for gas. It’s a horrible service and nobody gives a solution about it.

Customer Service Agent is a cool dude. Needs more help and a laptop/computer to make his job easier. He does the best he can with the tools given, so I'm not faulting him. Pick up was not ready upon arrival. After speaking with one enployee I waited 30 minutes for the uhaul employee to arrive. There was a vehicle on property but we were told to wait for a return. The previous users stood at a gas pump for another 15 minutes. Manager was on the phone with uhaul customer service and me at the same time. Very unprofessional overall.

We had to wait for 30 minutes until an employee decided to assist us. In the meantime, 2 rude employees were walking around and refused to assist us or give us an explanation of what was going on. Then we had to wait for 1 more hour until we got our van since UHaul booking system was apparently down. Terrible service!!!

Make sure all your representatives are knowledgeable and follow proper procedures. I understand good help is hard to find but it shouldn’t be at the customers expense. Horrible experience at this particular location do to oversights and overcharges.

A sign or some kind of notification that the location is at a gas station and there is no customer service readily available.

It took over a half hour to get the truck (even though I had pre-registered) because the person working didn't know anything about operating the uhaul rentals, only the gas pumps. They need better training. Truck and the rest of the experience was at least average.

I made a reservation without the insurance coverage but was charged for it when I recieved my contract and receipt by email after returning the truck. That is fraudulent and contacting them wasn't any better. They refused to reverse the charge. Never again will I rent from Uhaul

Training in customer service, insure reserved equipment is available, stop scamming customers, and insure pick up sites are not being used to traffic narcotics or any othe illegal activities.

I reserved a 17’ truck at this location. When I got there my truck wasn’t present and had to take the 15’ truck which wasn’t big enough to do the job I needed it to do. Staff was rude and charged me more because he claims my gas wasn’t at a quarter of a tank full when it actually was. I won’t be using that U-Haul center ever again

Was accosted by neighborhood hustler in the parking area. He gave the impression that he worked for U-Haul and gave parking directions, then he asked for change or a donation. This could be scary if it happened after dark and there was less activity.

I was overcharged. I requested a dolly and furniture pad and the location did not have any at all and didn't seem to care, just told me to call to get a refund and laughed when I asked if they could call. The truck was disgusting. whole center console was sticky and had candy wrappers. There was water all in the passenger side door. very poor experience. I have used uhaul many times without issue, but this was so bad that I may not use uhaul ever again

Uhual rep did not come outside and take an overview of the truck with me before rental contract was issued. I was just given the key and told (verbatim) "I know the trucks". Trucks engine light was on and when I went back inside to alert the rep he showed no concern.

There were only one attendant at this location. It seemed as if the attendant experienced problems with customer prior to my visit. When he saw the person, pick up a baseball bat and ran outside to the guy leaving all customers and the store unattended. When he finally gave me the key to the UHAUL, I asked him which vehicle it was he said he did not know. I had to go to each vehicle to see if the key fit. When I was able to locate the correct vehicle, there was a vehicle parked in front of it, My friend went into the store and he came out; he gave my friend the key and asked him to move the vehicle. My friend refused to move the vehicle. He told us he does not have license and he cannot move the vehicle. My friend back the vehicle up so that I would have clearance to drive the vehicle off the lot. The attendant became so upset and very rude to my friend. THIS WAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. IT WAS CRAZY. HE SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN LEFT ALONE AT THAT SITE,

I made a 24/7 reservation for pick up at midnight. I get there and they never set up truck. So I called u-haul and they told me to go back at 7am when they open. So I get there at 6:50am. At 7 no one is there. I’m told by gas attendant they open at 8am. So I wait and no one shows up. Finally at 915am the gas attendant gives me keys to truck. I return the truck and park it exactly where I picked it up. And another gas attendant refused to take keys cause he said that wasn’t a u-haul spot. I’m trying to give him the key and after 10/15 minutes he took it. This place is the worst.

I rented 2 different trucks in the same day both had horrible smell and garbage left in it. Also the first van rented wasn’t big enough I bought it back and got a new one and there is no accommodations in place for that I had to pay double and I did not keep for the entire time. Customer service was horrible!! Never using again!!!

The equipment/truck was clean but the truck had some issues that need to be fixed before the next customer rents it. The rubber above the doors-not sure what it's called-started falling off after I got the truck. Additionally, the truck seems to move into neutral even after putting it in reverse, which can be potentially dangerous. There were a few times when I put the truck in reverse and it shifted back into neutral, causing the truck to move forward instead of in reverse. If I had not been careful, this could have caused an accident. This happened multiple times throughout the duration of the rental. Finally, the gentleman at the register who provided the keys to me was very helpful and kind but the truck was not ready for me when I came to pick it up. I arrived to pick up the truck at 11:10-my appointment was for 11-and the truck was not ready for me to use until 11:30:11:40.
