jenny was wonderful to deal with. We couldn't upload photos of our drivers licenses on the hard to use website and she was helpful in letting us do that via email.

I don't understand the drop off location. The driver was instructed to drop off at the location on Pike street, Marietta. I have called so many times I can not count and no one picks up. No one answers.

The lady that helped us there was WONDERFUL. She just started but went out of her way to help me esp hook up. We had some major issue lifting the tongue high enough to attached to my truck.

Though I paid for a dolly (only $7.00, no big deal but...) we COULD NOT and DID NOT even use it. We had to strap it to the inner wall of the van (because it was so heavy & the straps on it were not ok) to keep it out of the way while we struggled with moving things without a dolly. Also, I'm curious as to why the price remained the same as the initial quote, even though we didn't travel as many miles as estimated beforehand. (Maybe I didn't understand that or didn't calculate correctly?) My overall experience with this company was good, the man we spoke to was polite & helpful & he DID tell us all he had left was an old dolly but that dolly ought to be retired & replaced for future customers. I am not totally unsatisfied though, and I will recommend this company to others. Thank you. :)

No a/c in truck the truck was not clean fuel ready was not rite. I was not happy.

Low a availability of truck was the only issue. I reserved a 15-17 foot truck, but the next day on the phone call I was told 10 foot van was the only thing available. Again, not the locations fault, but the website. Why claim you have things at a location that you don't have, I would have reserved the truck I needed from Parkersburg if I had the time, but finding out the next day from a scheduler kinda screwed me. I had to do 4 trips instead of 1, which means 4 times the mileage, and 4 times the cost. Driving from a different city would also have been more mileage but one trip , so less over all. Get your web site reservation set up better.

Air conditioning did not work in truck. Truck reserved was not available. Not the store's fault. Provided much larger truck than needed at same price. Overall, very easy to work with.

The truck had trash in the back and it was dirty, couldn't see out the windshield, they gave the key and I had to go find the truck myself! will go somewhere else next time.

Contacting customer support was an absolute nightmare. Was told I could grab the vehicle and it was mine for the next 24 hours. I ran behind on my reservation and instead of 5 pm it got moved to 8:30 without warning. No email, call, or text. Attempting to contact support was me being on hold for over 30 minutes. No response from the live chat option either. Just trying to get the vehicle that evening makes me never want to use UHaul ever again.

Much better experience this round. I was told by UHAUL that this rental company isn't open on Saturdays for UHAUL rental. I chose to pick up late on Friday, and got exactly the size truck I wanted. Got to keep it for 24 hours for the same price.

There were complications I. Getting a truck since the catalytic converters had been stolen from your trucks. Cost me more having to pay movers extra for the extra day

Check in process was not great. Never did a walk around with the vehicle to look things over. Adding drivers seemed informal which later became an issue.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Prior experiences with location have been good. Truck was parked in a wet, muddy location and drive was gravel with mud puddles. Driver side mat already had dry dirt in it as well. I was charged a cleaning fee for mud on floor. Clearly not my fault. I was not told I should take pictures of interior and link was only for exterior condition at pickup. Truck interior was not reviewed prior to my pickup or condition would have been known?

Process was very slow. Held me up trying to get a image of my license. Which someone has tried to streamline by using the U-Haul app to complete. U-Haul website didn't work either. None of the trucks had the snow cleared off of them. Or the ice scraped. I paid for two furniture dollies, I got one. I paid for boxes and a wardrobe....they were delivered from somewhere! I received them TWO DAYS AFTER MY MOVE! Worse U-Haul experience ever. Can't say it was all Kimberjax's fault.

It was raining outside and I swept the moving truck out, both inside the cab and inside the trailer, but I was still charged a cleaning fee. I shouldn't have been. Not my fault that it had been raining for at least 12 hours. I did what I was supposed to do and still got charged.
