Poor quality services. A representative should always be there to assist customers within working hours and act accordingly. A lot of hidden fees with tricky and complicated online services geared at extorting money for customers. I will never do business again at this location. 

That particular truck was not good, it has an exhaust problem and therefore consume lots of gas. The dashboard light not working. it's difficult to drive in the night without the dashboard light on.

I was charged for insurance without even being asked. Then the truck was very dirty. In addition I believe the vehicle had an exhaust leak or fuel leak. When ever you started the vehicle after driving for a few mins you were subject to an intense gas smell. That was very overwhelming.

Very unprofessional they were nasty and reckless of there customer service. I will never rent or go to that place again nor will I recommend that Uhual location. What a bad experience in all.

It took me almost 2 hours to pick up this U-Haul. I reserved a 20' U-Haul and it took the guy 45 min to get me the keys and when I opened the back, it was covered in dirt and grease. Additionally, I reserved an appliance dolly and a furniture dolly. He said he had no furniture dollies (even though the closet at 4-5 in it) and he said the appliance dolly was broken. He hammered on that dolly and got it to a point where it was at least usable. I told him the dirty truck was unacceptable and would ruin all my belongings if I put them in that truck. This truck was also on empty and had about 4 miles of gas in it before it was completely empty and smelled like body odor and smoke. He sprayed half a bottle of cheap cologne in it and though that was acceptable. He knew before he rented it to me that it was dirty and still tried to give it to me. I requested another truck but he did not have one of the same size or larger so I had to opt for a 15'. After another 45 min, he finally got me keys. However, he didn't know how to put in the reservation so the first quote was for over $900, the second one was for a round trip not a one way, the third was for a van and not a truck. Mind you, every time he did a new reservation, I had to take pictures of my license, provide the start and end locations, give 2 emergency contact infos and put in my credit card number. After all of this, he wasn't willing to even give me a discount and still charged me full price and charged me for the dollies. Overall, this was an excruciating experience and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

From the moment I arrived Foreman greeted me and made it a very pleasant experience. I used the U-Haul app to reserve and check in which sped up the pick up process. Foreman had the truck ready to go and was polite and professional. From when I arrived to drive off was no longer than 10 minutes, which is excellent, I highly recommend this location for U-Haul truck rental.

I arrived early at the pick up location to find it closed. There was a number on a hand written sign to call. I call the number and a mss as n apologized and said he would be there in a half hour. Fine I was early anyway. Needless to say de did not show up until 530pm 45 minutes after my pick up time. I understand things happen but this is unprofessional and he had an attitude when the other2 customer were mad for having to wait.

It was my first time renting and I ended up paying more money from not being educated properly by renter on rental expectations and expenses. I told him that it was my first time renting and that I wanted to be educated on and know what to expect. I would appreciate if he would have explained to me better what to do and expect so that I would've been aware and avoid extra fees.

I am very disappointed with this experience. I made the reservation ONE WEEK before the pickup date. I called the store 3 TIMES before the day to make sure that I could pick up the truck at 9 AM. However, at the time of my pickup, 9 AM on Wednesday, I called the store 20 TIMES before a guy answered the phone. Then he told me he didn't have a truck for me to pick up becuase UHUAL don't have a fucking driver to drop off the truck. I asked how long would I wait, he said he didn't know. I waited ONE HOUR at outside of the store then he told me that I should go to another location to pick up the truck if I don't want to wait. Then I drove another 20 minutes to the location he told me, and at the time I arrived, another guy called me and said that my truck was assigned to his store and I need to pick it up at his store and NOWHERE ELSE. So I have to drive another 10 minutes to THE THIRD STORE. My movers sit in my apartment for 2 hours waiting for me to bring a fucking truck back. Now you ask my feedback. I would say, I will never rent a fucking uhual anymore, and tell all the people I know to NOT RENT A UHUAL. THANK YOU VERY MUCH UHUAL!

The major thing I would improve is the roadside service. I had a unprofessional interaction with my technician while he worked on my broken down vehicle. I did not appreciate his manner and he was very short and unwelcoming to feedback.

The agent was very pleasant and professional. The location was atypical, had to call and wait for him to arrive, and the vehicle was not clean (there was some grainy substance spilled in the passenger side of the cab and a few items left in the back of the truck). However, I was able to accomplish my purpose in needing the truck and overall was satisfied with the experience.

The process to check in and actually leave with the vehicle was a little longer than I anticipated. I felt like maybe if I had selected the option to pick up the phone via mobile app, it would have been a faster process. Additionally, the quote I received when picking up the vehicle was not the same as the quote I received online. I was being forced to take the insurance, which I de-selected online. I'm a good driver and was willing to take the risk that I would have no issues during the time I was using the truck. However, the associate at this location stated the insurance was automatically applied and there was on way to remove it. In any other scenario, I would have just walked away and not rented the truck, but I was 100 miles from home, had taken a train in to pick up the UHaul, and had a very strict timeframe for which I had to pickup items I had won at an auction. I didn't have time to continue to argue about the insurance, and I was unable to complete the process without signing the contract (which stated I was agreeing to accept and pay for the insurance I did not want).

I was over charged for Fuel. I had it booked and driven for 90 miles and they charged me $58 some change for 90 miles, claiming that the fuel wasn't at the same level of rented truck picked up. How it's possible that I consumed more than 14 Gallons fuel/Gas for driven the U-Hal 15 feet truck and burned 14+ miles. Is that mean, the 15 feet U-Hal trucks only gives 4 miles highway and less than 3 miles city? this is crazy. I wasn't even informed that I have to refuel the truck. MY assumption was that I m paying $0,99 per miles is using the truck fuel and convenient fee. If I had known I would've rented one way and dropped off at another location.
