Nothing everything was perfect and ready to go. I would recommend to everyone that king tires and lube is the place to go when you need to get your tires done or to rent a uhaul they are the friendliest 0eople I know

Morton WI'm rather annoyed because the place initially that I requested the truck from was right by my location which would have saved me several dollars in miles. Instead I had to go 7 miles away and get charged for that.

Brandon Ssecond time i dropped off here. SUPER friendly and helpful. One time it was raining. the people told me to get in my wife's car and wait he would do check in and come talk to me. He did check in in the rain and then came to me. SO GREAT to have customer service.
Danny WI arrived more than an hour after they opened and the person who was supposed to help with the U-Haul return was not there. He told me to leave it and he would check it in later. I didn't have a choice about leaving it since we were on a timeline to return home.
Sharon Sequipment was re-rented just after it came in. it was in ok shape and bed was swept out by us. equipment was in satisfactory running shape, no problems. contract was explained fully to me, no problems at all. would recommend to my friends.

Kenneth MCab wasn't very clean. Trash from last person and sticky stuff in console drink holders.
Duane GI rented for 24 hours. I used for 1 haul. It was making a horrible noise and the engine light came on. I returned it for fear it would break down. It put me in a time crunch on my house move because no other vehicles were available. I paid for 24 hours and used it for 3. I feel a refund would be in order.

sherilyn eAfter being told that I was going to be charged another $50 for 1/4 tank of gas I feel like I am the victim of a fraud. $4,95 per gallon? That is complete BS. That cost alone, refilled the tank in the truck which was still a 1/2. I will NEVER use uHaul again. And I will share my experience on social media and warn people of what a scam the post-rental charges are.
Matthew COverall the experience was good. The service of roadside assistance needs a great deal of work! While we prepared for any problems that could arise, we did have to use the roadside assistance and never got a response for several ours after we were directed to call a locksmith who spent more time on his paperwork than the actual service he provided!
Robert MOver all my experience was uneventful. The reservation was relatively quick and simple. When I picked up the truck the process was quick and easy. My only complaint was the truck smelt like Cigar smoke but the truck was clean and in good shape.

Antonio NIn the end it did the job of moving... but the process of actually getting the Uhaul is a joke. We had to make 3 different reservations just to finally get one. First one, we showed up and this location had closed way too early and messed it up for us. Went to another close by haul *23rd Macarthur* The lady at desk that evening, complete jerk. Does not need to be working there. Price was 3 times the first price so we walked out. Third attempt went back to the first location and it took about 30 minutes just to pick the truck up, they didn't seem they really knew what they were doing. But they were kind... an in the end it all worked out but the process we had to go through WAS NOT WORTH IT. Next time we will probably not go through UHAUL at all.
Amber WHad to walk an employee thru backing a trailer up. They should know how to back a trailer. It was kind of embarrassing.
