I didn't realize that the office would be closed when I returned the trailer. It turned out to be no problem but it would've been nice to know.Robert S.
I had called what I thought was the 6100 S College site and reserved a 5' x 8' trailer. When I went to pick it up they didn't know what was happening until I gave them my reservation number. I was informed that my reservation was at the E Mulberry site. Miles away. I did go there for my rental and service was great. However it was a huge inconvenience and could have been worse. What didn't happen was the reservation person did not alert me to the change of location.WILLIAM S.
Contacted and advised truck may not be available if I didn't call. Tried called and no answer. Vehicle not at original location as reserved. Rep at Glacier storage in Frederick Colo was extremely rude! Vehicle had steering issues and very difficult to drive...dangerousChris R.

The problem was not with the location but with the phone call waiting on hold. One location not knowing what the location that I pick stuff up at add and didn't have. I was promised a appliance dolly and they didn't have it. It was awfulCHARLES P.

Trailer I rented pulled very well to and from Denver and back to Fort Collins. Only thing I didn't like was everyone honking and giving me dirty looks cause I couldn't do the speed limit of 75. 55 is a little slow BUT, safe!!Thomas R.
I think the only thing that can be done to improve for the next customer is have a larger inventory of Trailers available. Other than that everything went smoothly and the team members who helped me were friendly, very professional, and good at their job.Michael H.

After renting a trailer, the weather turned much worse than expected which delayed the process and required additional days of use of the trailer. I spoke with customer service about the issue and they were aware I would be keeping the equipment an additional day but I was, unfortunately, still delayed for a third day. Before I could reach out to update a rep about the third day I had already received what felt like threats, demanding immediate return of the equipment â€œor else â€œ. I was shocked to have my literal freedom put at stake and a potential life altering scenario be precipitated from what was, at least I thought, a non-issue. I'm not sure why the escalation was almost immediate but I found it to be unnecessary. Additionally, I had utilize my personal hitch that was purchased outside of haul and a particular model that adjusted and was configurable with my cars specs. When the trailer was removed my personal equipment, that being the hitch, was taken along with it. I'm now already at a loss of nearly 200 $which doubles next time I need a trailer and have to purchase the equipment again. I've used uhaul countless times over the last decade or more and never had any experience like this.Mario T.

The rental facility was great. When I got home to start loading the trailer I discovered that the door latch was very loose on the trailer. This would allow somebody to open the door, even with a lock in place. I grabbed some tools to tighten down the latch so that it would work properly.James M.

Uhaul information regarding return of the vehicle would not load at the return site. There was another truck being returned in line behind me so I locked vehicle and returned keys. I was unable to get photos later when the email finally loadedRhondda W.
The van was so dirty/muddy it was difficult to see out of the back window via the rear view mirror. The tires were also a little bald making it risky on the ice. The app check in process is difficult due to the need to add an alternate contact, it doesn't seem necessary and was frustrating to me.Leonardo E.
Improve the app. My whole experience was horrible due to the function of the app when picking up my truck. I would not ever pick up from this company if I have to use the app. I will seek another moving truck rental company if no one is available at the physical location.Kyle C.

I reserved truck and trailer to be picked up at this location specifically ! Had to pick equipment up in 2 locations in opposite directions ! Very poor experience from this location ! Will never use them again ! Manager did nothing to remedy the situation or even offer to ! Probably will not use U-Haul again in the future !patric M.

Nobody there as they closed at 1 on Sundays. The drop off not thought through at all as it requires pulling in with trailer and no clear exit! A rental truck had been placed in the lanes they had established with no clear logical exits! Had to call your call center staff 4 times and finally got through to someone that sent me to your technical support. Call was dropped from tech support so I had to once again call back because your website wouldn't allow me to take a picture for the last step of the drop off process. I changed my privacy settings but the take a picture of the vehicle still didn't work! Not sure if you should request that customer should use your app or what. Not fun dealing with inefficient call center staff, technical support and then a drop of facility that was very poorly thought out. If I survive from this cancer, dam sure not dealing with that again folks. :-(jake P.

The car Dolly that we rented would not fit our car. Needs to have more explanation as to what your dollies will fit in what they will not. We ended up not using it and still getting charged for one day. Please double check what vehicles will fit these dollies in which will not.Terry P.

Your terms are ridiculous!! The fact that I had to drive 210 miles to pick up a reservation that I made over a month in advance is crazy! This screwed up my entire moving schedule, cost me 1 000 $for not being out of my house in time and having to cancel movers I had lined up, and then made me behind schedule and having to drive through a huge storm.Tyler P.
