Was very unhappy this time. Arrived before my due time, along with another customer. Only 1 person there who couldn't do contracts, and when he called the correct person, who wasn't there, was told they would be hrre in 5 minutes. Was there for 40 minutes. Thats a shame, poor management. Makes u haul look bad. If need services again, will be at different location

This is the second time we have used these folks. I was unaware that it was the same people since they moved from Hartman run to Don Knotts Blvd. I would not have gone here had I known. On both occasions when we went to pick up the truck the store was not open although we confirmed the time. This time I was unaware of the drop off “convenience “ fee. It was not convient for me.

When we picked up the truck cigarette ash was all over the cab. The back of the truck smelled strongly of cat urine - which can be an indicator of meth. We understand you have no control over the cleanliness of your clients but during this pandemic I was expecting a pristine- SANITIZED vehicle.

I returned the truck on 7/1/20. My receipt states that the truck was returned on 7/2/20 - which is incorrect. I was charged an extra day when I actually returned the truck on time. This incorrect charge of $42.80 needs to be credited back to my credit card!

Online check in process didn't work at all. Website said I was at the wrong location but I certainly wasn't. Thank goodness someone was at the desk or I couldn't have checked out at all. The truck cab stunk like cigarettes. There were no furniture pads and yet I was still charged for them. The truck's check engine light was on and had trouble accelerating. Then upon drop off (which luckily the online worked), I was almost charged again even though I payed during pick up. Extremely unreliable service.

The online updates did not get passed on to the pickup location. Tell me my truck has been rented out before making me wait an hour ‘checking in' - having 3 other people served amidst my check in. Honesty and truth in service beats excuses and stalling.

My problem is not with Kings Budget Service but with U-Haul's online system and the emails and text messages.. U-Haul assumes that the driver always has cell service and receives messages instantly. My route took me out of cell service for 4 hours. Also, Alerts about having the vehicle back by 3PM when that was not the agreed upon return time. Also, a $23.40 charge for "C" service that was never discussed or agreed upon by me. I want this charge credited immediately. .

I had to wait for an hour for the personnel to attach the trailer to my car. They also charged $20 to attach the trailer and did not add that bill to UHAUL receipt. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Would never go there again.

I sent my movers over to pick up the truck. They arrived at 8:30 so they could be there at 9 am when it opened. The girl who “knew about the uhaul stuff” did not come to work. They had to call someone else to get it processed. This took a considerable amount of time. The next day theyhaul place called to ask where we left the keys. I called my moving guy who told me he handed the keys to the girl at the center and she inspected the truck before they left. My suggestion would be that they cross train some of their other employees so that the process of picking and up and return is a little less onerous.

I was not able to complete info online for after hours pick up. The lady at the local haul location came in on a early Sunday morning to get me the truck so I could move that morning. Fantastic customer service !

This location needs to be more professional...customers come first! This location had NO BLANKETS,NO FURNITURE DOLLIES,AND NO HAND TRUCKS...HOW DO YOU MOVE WITH NONE OF THESE THINGS????They blamed it on CORPORATE for not SENDING needed supplies...THIS IS A HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!

It was a good thing I had a smart phone, otherwise we would not have known how to drop off the trailer. My parents do not have smart phones and would have been lost on what to do. Need a better system for people without smartphones.

Super professionalism and service. I needed to return my truck because the materials for a home project were not available. Melliss was absolutely great and very helpful. Best rental experience I have had with u-haul.

They messed up when we returned the equipment and charged for gas. The last time we returned here they charged for mileage which we questioned but had no proof of what the miles were. I feel as if they are just nickle and diming the customers because most people do not pay attention. Need to check this provider out for honesty.

We were charged for a fuel service for no reason. We returned it with the exact same fuel level but were charged saying the level was 3/8 but it was 5/8. Glad to know you get ripped off by U-Haul !! We only drove 7 miles so I doubt we used a half tank of gas !!

The associate (Melissa) at the Greenbag Rd., WV, facility was extremely helpful and courteous.

We arrived to find the location closed although the on-line times differed from the posted times. Used the online app to get the lockbox combination and found there was no key!!! This was an unmitigated disaster and will NEVER use this location again and would never recommend it.
