The cargo area leaks water. My boxes were soaked on the bottom and my dishes broke. My mattress is still soaked. Paid $160 for a disaster

When there was a problem with the uhaul website, there was no one on site to help, and no one on the uhaul customer service number either. AC didnt work either.

I reserved a dolly, no dolly was present and no one was there to help. I was told via calling, that I wouldn't be charged. I still was, and over a month later I still haven't received my refund.

The 24/7 was not clear and would only let me pick up truck 1hour before scheduled time. Had to wait 45 minutes and then the code for the key box was wrong code and could not open until an associate showed up

The agent at this location was very nice. I had a 26' truck that had to be navigated through a small area at the storage facility onsite. They actually backed the truck in for me.

Could not park in lot yet luckily there was another truck next door parked behind some duplexes in wooded area to help determine where to leave truck. Maybe add signage to key drop box reagardi g parking.
