Most times I have dropped off here because it's very convenient. Just know that there isn't any one there most times but you can drop off just go through the process.

If you tell a customer one thing don't change it. I picked the truck up and dropped it back off in about 9 hours.
Anthony WThe lady working the front desk was very rude. I said maybe there was a glitch in their system because uhaul flagged me an shouldn't have. All we asked, was do you think the system might be messed up? Her exact words was," if you don't like how we do things there's plenty of other U-Hauls you can go to. She was very unprofessional and rude! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND KINGS TRUCK & AUTO SERVICE!

TONY KI never got my paperwork that they emailed to me. But I did get my final checkout paperwork from UHaul in Youngstown.
ROB MCustomer service was friendly but never left the building to check out or assist with putting the trailer where they wanted it, nor help with unhooking it. I didn't mind, but some customers may!
