These guys saved my move because UHaul did not have my truck on hand at the agreed-upon location in Beaumont. I had to drive the extra 50 miles, but at least UHaul gave me a discounted price, increased miles, and one extra day on the return.

Everyone at this location was professional and courteous service, genuinely interested in providing good customer service. Picking up the truck and returning it was a very easy, hassle- free experience. Staff members explained everything about the rental and there were no surprises when it came time to pay. I would definitely get my rental from them again and highly recommend this location.

The Kirbyville location was very polite and apologized for all of my inconvenience, even though their hands were tied as they are not able to service vehicles for uhaul and could not repair the vehicle for the next customer nor refund me for my inconvenience occurred from the agent who set up my contract with uhaul initially. They did however state that they always suggest their customers add extra milage in setting up. If I ever have to do this again, it would only be with their assistance! They were very friendly!

We had a blow out on the trailer we rented. Called Uhual after 30 on hold finally got a person. I told the lady that I had a blow out and needed help, she transferred me to roadside assistance. No one answered the phone. The recording said to go to uhual.cm / help. On my cell phone it kept going to uhual.com and it doesn't have a place for roadside service. No help whatsoever from Uhual.

I have enjoyed using Uhaul serving times in the past years. My only regret is the different pricing in reference to one way versus round trip fees. I would probably use Uhaul more if The one-way fees were lower.

The only problem I had was that the vehicle dolly I rented did not have the tire straps tied so they wouldn't come loose. A person passing me on the highway honked and pointed to my rear. I stopped and checked and found the right side strap had come loose and was dragging behind the dolly.

Given paperwork and handed the keys. Would have been nice if it was explained about damage to truck and your marks to identify previous damage. I would have walked around truck and inspected it and yaken photos.
