I would never rent another UHaul due to the fact that I was ripped off and forced to pay another day at 54 $because the UHaul personnel were lazy and never reported that the truck was returned a day early. And when I informed the customer service rep at email 926003_AFM@uhaul.com no response or follow-through occurred. Stop stealing money from honest paying customers!!!DAVID W.

The attendant at this location does not understand the process of no contact pickup. I went threw the process on my phone and when told to get the keys was harassed by the attendant who then told me that 1 I didnt have a reservation and 2 that I didnt know what I was doing and refused to hand me the keys. After he checked his computer and saw my name he then handed me the keys and told me to go outside check the truck and then write down the mileage and he would finish up my reservation. I explained to him that was all done threw the phone as I again have a no contact pickup up. After a few minutes of going back and forth I retrieved a paper from him went to check out the truck did my steps threw the phone came back in too show him that my reservation was complete in which he again told me its was not and proceeded to his computer to ask me questions. I told him I didnt have to go threw this process with me and then her told me fine he would call the police and say the truck was stolen. Are you serious? If I was not on a time frame I would have had him do exactly that. This man was so unprofessional. Extremely rude and he didnt even have on a mask. Someone needs to review your policy with him for future reference.SAMANTHA S.

Your Web site was nearly non-functional. It said the equipment was not assigned for my rental. I spent a half hour on the phone with Customer Service and they said they had sorted it out. When I went inside, they had not. I wasted an hour trying to get my rental.DARRELL P.

When I arrived at the designated time for pick up, the man was not there, and I was told to come back in a hour or so. This threw off my schedule and added time to a long day. When I did pick it up, the truck smelled like cigarette smoke. The truck had a dent in the driver side, side panel. The truck had a 1/4 tank when I got it, instead of a full tank. However, the location was very convenient, and the location had the truck I wanted (cargo van). The price was reasonable.David D.

The cargo area was not clean. There was drywall dust and pieces all over. I rented the van to move a sofa and had to clean it when I got home to get rid of all the drywall dust.William N.

I pulled into the station and the attendant made me move the cargo van. He was totally useless and when I asked for a receipt he basically mumbled something and that was it. I was originally told I had more allowed mileage for the trip but still got charged for additional miles. The 300 $it cost all said and done was NOT worth it!!!antoinette G.
The facility had no clue. It took an hour to rent a van. I drove a total of 6 miles but charged 88 miles. The odometer reading were incorrect. Cashier was to busy messing around & flirting with customers. He did not inspect the vehicle with me upon departure or return. Contacted customer service spent 1hr on the phone with them to be told a manager will review & contact me within 72 hrs. U-haul seems to be running a scam or a play ground. The truck that I reserved was not available and I was given the next size larger truck - - which is not a problem - - but, some how a charge of 28,00 $ for â€œSafeMoveâ€ was added to my bill. To be clear, I did not select "SafeMove" when I mae the reservation. I'm currently disputing this charge directly with U-Haul - - not a pleasant "hobby".JOHN V.
It took a while to check in the Exxon station, even after I did online check-in the day before. The guy doing the check-in was very pleasant and agreeable. Then, it took time to go thru the checklist and inspect the vehicle, upload pictures, etc. Suggest that people show up 30 minutes before their requested reservation time so they can drive off with their vehicle at their scheduled time.Charles H.
I was overcharged by 60 miles. When I went back to discuss, I was told I'd receive a credit for the 60 miles overage at 0,69 $/mile. My debit account shows immediate credits to the account. Nothing yet. The gentleman who helped my told me he goofed and put in the wrong miles. Too bad that was not correct. The ending miles were correct, the beginning miles were wrong.carrie M.

If considering using this location, one should definitely reserve online first as this is an extremely busy gas station that results in constant interruptions while trying to be served. Staff is pleasant but understaffed. Due to this, no one goes with you to inspect the vehicle when renting or returning, which leaves you with uncertainty since you leave with no confirmation that vehicle was in same condition as it was when rented.Paul S.
When you have someone completing your rsvp their equipment (computer) should be working. I did not appreciate having to complete the rsvp return of the vehicle. I was charged enough for the truck let alone do all the paperwork myself. They should have brought the truck to me at my home.Michael H.
Truck was pathetically dirty went to wash the window the wiper on the passenger side was completely worn out. A piece of the wiper blade was on the cowl of the hood. the back wasn't swept out a bit. really nice to put Furniture in on top of gravel and stones. Penske will get my next businessrichard M.

I was kept waiting for 4-5 hours because my reservation was lost and the representatives couldn't find a solution to the problem even while working with the corporate office. They eventually located a replacement vehicle, which I had to pick up at a different location.kevin D.

Front desk staff at the gas station knew nothing about reservations, they do not check the truck with you and they do not check it when you return. They added a few extra miles to what I put on the truck and when I emailed to let them know they did not correct the error or respond back after their one email about what phone I took the photo with (photo showed mileage when dropped off). I have a feeling this might be a common scam, add on mileage to make more money. Disputed it with my credit card company. Do not recommend this location.Sara D.

I was a little early to pick up the trunk and was in a hurry and the woman who helped me was ready and got me right on my way. I don't understand the 29,99 turning into 114.00. I mean, i do understand safe driving coverage at 14 dollars. Plus the 0,4 cents a mile. How come you don't get a discount when the milage is lower then the damn 30 miles they lock you into. Yet you get an extra charge if you go over the 30 miles. So why not get a lower charge if your miles is under?Alan W.

There was a major confusion with my experience and those of other customers. We all asked for a specific location to pick up our truck and were sent almost 30 minutes out of our traveling path to another location. Once we arrived, the system of renting our truck was slow and tedious. I was very unhappy that I had to travel a further distance to pick up the vehicle. I lost over an hour of loading time traveling to rent the truck. I was extremely annoyed!CHARLENE R.
