Find a way to fix the issue with after hours drop off. I wasn't able to be there on Monday I had to drop it off Saturday but the mobile drop off wouldn't work. I just went ahead and dropped it off and called ok'd on Monday. They took care of it before I even called. They were awesome
The gentleman didn't even know we had a reservation. Had to wait for 30 minutes for him to get there. I requested appliance dolly. Which he didn't have none. The price he gave me was much more than the what I was given on the phone. The truck didn't run well

I reserved a furniture Dolly and they did not have one which was a real issue in my move!!! I had to take a furniture mover only when I had reserved both.

No, due to this company not wanting to do their job I had law enforcement called on me for a stolen vehicle, thank KKs trucks for ruining my Christmas.

Tell how much per mile you charge. I put less than 100 miles on it for .79 per mile. I should have made two trips with my pickup
No cord for car dolly had to spend my own money to purchase one from another dealer
I was not notified until I went to the location that I was emailed to go to when I reserved rental, that the rental truck was not at that location- it was at another location (15miles away). This was not KKs Trucking's fault- this was a U-Haul issue. I did have to sweep the inside of the truck out before I could put anything in it because it was nasty, but other than that it was fine.
KK's is a wonderful place to rent Uhauls from. Super friendly and always willing to help.
I had to wait over an hour, calling the 1-800 number, being on hold, waiting for someone to call me back. The one person at the location had no idea about the U-Haul stuff. The regional manager never showed up with the hand truck, furniture dolly, and furniture pads. When I finally heard from someone, she complained about how difficult it was since someone had quit. Her husband called (I think he owned the location) and also complained about how hard it was to do the U-Haul stuff. I never got the extra equipment. At the end, I talked to someone at 1-800 who was great! They refunded the cost of the extra equipment.
A few comments here: Even though the employer was kind, she gave me information that ended up costing me money. She told me to fill the tank up 1/2 upon its return. The truck print-out agreed to as such but the truck print-out was on the wrong truck. Thus, when I returned it in Memphis they charged me money as they claimed it was to be returned with a full-tank of gas. To this day, I still do not know what I was charged on my credit card, even though I asked the "district manager" to fix the disparity and the error on U-Haul's part. I am still waiting for my final bill. Thus, call me at 901-846-3400 if you wish to personalize your customer service. If not, I will continue to wait and share my unfavorable impression with others. Thank you.

The lady in Winfield is nice
This particular 12x6 covered trailer pulled better empty, than when full. At highway speed (55 mph) it had a tendency to wobble back and forth while carrying a load.
I was in the middle of moving and needed a car dolly but was way behind the day I had to call him but he helped me out a ton and everything was simple quick and so easy. Thanks
Waiting for almost an hour for the owner to get back from lunch. Try to pick up the truck earlier so we can packed before the rain. Have to pay one extra day because we can't unloaded the truck due to rain. Do not have the extra equipment that I asked. Not my first choice of place since location is about 35 minutes from the original place.
Check the headlights on a truck when it comes in, not when it's leaving. Don't rent out trucks that are already rented to a customer.
