Terrible customer service and l regrets ever been sent there by the main Uhaul on HWY 85. This is there 3rd party but terrible service, not helpful at all and truck is really old and rickety. This is my first and last time for me, thank you.

Fast and friendly service I needed a little extra time and she adjusted my return time also I was surprised that a Mom and Pop location had furniture pads not really use to that last but not least she processed my final bill rather quickly sometimes that doesn’t happen until the next business day

There isnt anyone available to help or a phone number listed to call when it doesn't go exactly right. The uhaul app is trash there and it may be because of the area. But the app wouldn't recognize the location and when it did, then it wouldnt work with the photo. I was there to get my truck at my original rsvp time of 11:30 and this didnt get fixed until after 1:00. I was late bringing in itema for my sister baby shower that started at 2. Post a phone number to call for help, the 404 number and not the 1800 number bc they couldn't help. First time using this location instead of 5400 old national, due to truck availability. Will never use again.

With all do respect… the employees at Klassy Klean Coin laundry/ dry cleaners on Hwy 85 are very misinforming and could use more training. Don't get me wrong their customer service is outstanding however they lack knowledge and customer satisfaction. One young lady misinformed me of the drop off time and day for my UHAUL. The other young lady had to cover up for the other girls mistake by not charging me the extra day that I was misinformed about. To make up for her not charging me she recorded my mileage significantly higher that what it actually was at the time of drop off causing me to endure a much higher total. Hopefully you guys will do something about the employees at this partner location.

Get a new truck and the communication is non-existent for clarity. I made sure I put gas back and the attendant showed me a different amount than what I started with. She said there was more but she could document validation for my records before I rented the truck . It was terrible and I never will again.

The website indicated that a furniture dolly would be available. However, when I arrived there was no furniture dolly in their inventory. I'd recommend that inventory is more accurately reconciled to what the website says so customers are not surprised and left seeking alternatives with little or no time available.

The gentleman was very professional and nice when we did the initial pickup. When it was time for drop off the agent while she was somewhat polite, she did not offer any assistance with trying to help me be charged for another day even though the truck was returned late. The weather was really bad today in my area and I felt there should have been a little more empathy considering safety etc. I chatted with customer service and they refunded me with no problem for the inconvenience. I am not upset just felt the demeanor of the agent at the store was a little cold.

Excellent customer service. The truck's gas speedometer does not work. The truck showed it was on empty but wasn't. Also, the truck then showed less than 3/8ths (had much less gas than that) of a tank once the speedometer moved.

the app was malfunctioning i went inside and the counter person checked me out coming back not realizing that what was given to me was not the uhaul card but she had added on safe move i came back she lied and said she asked me if i wanted it called uhaul they documented the redord but the counter person refused to adjust it and was rude and lied i will never go there again feeling ripped off

The tire was flat had to put air in it. Had to pay for another utility dolly when I was charged for one and the location didn't have one. Had to down grade truck size in order to get a truck. The company was not open to give me the keys to right truck. They didn't ose my truck out until the next day. Had to call to speak with 4 representative in order to get a truck. The third representative hung up on me. Worst experience ever

Booking agent and lady who checked in the truck were nice and polite. After picking up the rental truck there was a worker who walked out the door, pulls down his pants starts doing stuff in his underwear. The worker pulled his pants up looked at me like what and walked back in the door to work. That employee should be fired. The sight was offensive to say the least. I should have known when I saw the U-Haul location. It should be all on camera.

The deal was contrary to what was offered to me, I signed up for a $19,99 truck, got to the truck , wheel was punctured. Was told that I would get the next size up for the same price, gas's tank was near empty, was told if I brought back truck with 1/4 tank, would get a credit, brought back with near half tank.but still charged full amount, and didn't get no credit, would like the agreement to be honoured.

Over charged I was charged a total of $304,67 for the total of the rental submitted pictures and ever thing in the self app then they charge me 2 days later an additional $76,98 which was already included in the final payment of $304.67. I would not rent from this particular place ever again in life.

This is my first time with this location and in the beginning my experience was absolutely great the first clerk I dealt with was absolutely amazing. I think his name was Rick or maybe Ray not sure but he was very very professional through out the whole process and he always was very understanding. We need more well mannered trained professional, people person like himself in this world or work place today. But on the other hand when I got home to check my account I noticed extra charges was made to my account, so when I call the store location to get more information and understanding of why my account was charged twice I got a clerk name Joyce I do believe! OH MY she's a much different character! She was not helpful at all she was cutting me off, she didn't want to her what I had to say, she went on to say on it was dirty and that she should charge my account again because I was late and I wasn't I was trying to explain she goes to cut me off and say oh well there's not she can do so I should call corporate! I just couldn't understand why she was so rude, I have dealt with Uhaul for years but I have never experience this type of rudeness! Maybe she can take up more training or just not be in that field of work! Nothing against the company so I will most definitely use or refer family and friends! And thank you understanding and for looking into this matter and refunding my account!

My overall experience was the worst. It started with customer service during scheduling (the rep was very short). Next the truck size 17ft that I requested wasn't available. I normally use UHAUL for my moving needs with no second thought but after this experience I wont. Location that I requested wasn't open so I decided to go with the alternate given but realized that I'd have to do self service which I thought was ok until I read the reviews. I decided against this and wanted a live person, as moving is stressful enough. I arrived at the location (no one in line) and took over an hour to get my UHAUL picked up as the rep on site had no experience or training. She had to call the store owner several times to use the system and figure out what was holding system up. She finally realized that she hadn't recvd the last rental in. I was asked to complete the process via text verifying and was unable to upload pics. I said forget it, as I had a moving crew waiting. Upon returning the store cleark was unable to process the return and said she had to wait for the owner again. I was skeptical to leave without my final billing amt but had to leave anyway. I received my bill later which was wrong. There was a $25 cleaning fee qhich was removed and an insurance fee. I called the store and spoke to the same rep who had to call her mgr as she didn't know what was going on. I explained that I denied ins so shouldn't have been charged. She said well you must have chosen during your approval process on your phone. I advised the issues I was having on my phone. She said nothing she could do. The owner was short over talking and just wouldn't listen.

The location is inside of a laundro-mat and looks a little sketchy, but the lady behind the counter was awesome. Parking is in front of a gas station so that's not optimal. I had no issues though.

I paid for two dollies and received one. The truck was dirty when I got it and I was expected to return it clean. The woman at the facility was rude the man was laid back. However, they were not on the same page as it relates to customer service.
