Josh HThe charges for driving 16 extra miles was almost $20 which is outrageous! Also the price I was quoted on the app was half the price that the office charged me! The pricing is not clear.
Saudekesha CThe only person working there was a dude in his pajamas. Very unprofessional. On my email it said only $45 due at pick up and he placed a $300+ hold on my card. He gave me the keys to the wrong truck initially. I asked him why he is charging my card that much when the email says I will not have to pay the $45 at truck pick up and he could not give me an answer. Poor experience

MOIDIN AI have used received service from this location on several occasions in the past 10 years. The pick-up service was superb. The return was a "0". No greeting, no thank you. I was asked if I was there to do a return. I replied yes. The rep stated ok thank you and returned back to his work. I remained standing, he looked as me and never asked is there something else you need. His facial expressions were more like, "why are you still standing there". I then asked for the receipt. When he finished processing the returned vehicle, he printed the receipt and handed it to me and never said another word. I am not sure of what may have been going on with this rep. But based on the previous reps I will definitely return to this location for future rentals. Thanks!!!!

Virginia VI reserved a pick-up truck for this location because I needed to move a single piece of furniture. When I arrived (15 minutes after my assigned pick-up time) the 2 young men working the counter said they didn't have a pick-up truck available. When I asked why I wasn't called, emailed or texted, they just shrugged. They said I could have a 10' box truck instead, stating "it is BIGGER" - no duh, but I don't want/need a bigger truck to pick-up 1 item. Realizing it was my only option, I agreed to the 10' truck, but literally had to insist that I get the same mileage rate AND comp the gas...the kid said, you'll need to talk to the Manager for that! My hour and a half rental cost me more because of this facilities inability to control it's inventory AND lack of customer service. I can see why you have a job posted! Please train the next kid a little better.
Shauna MIt took over an hour to get the reservation. After getting my keys to the vehicle, the reservationist called my cell phone and told me that I did not finish the reservation, and I needed to do it in the app. After letting him know that I did not see where I could finish the reservation in the app, he proceeded to tell me that everything was fine. It was not until I got an actual call from U-haul, where they went in and finished the reservation for me. I have no problem renting another U-haul truck. However, I will never rent another vehicle from Knapp .
Norman HI would absolutely recommend this location-Knapp Sisters Self-Storage. We have rented with U-Haul several times & this time was without a doubt the best customer service experience I've ever had with U-Haul. It's not the closest one to me but it's the location that will get my business! I have a location 0,5 miles from my home & WON'T use it.
Gina WAsked repeatedly for the storage area to be cleaned. Trash everywhere. The unit behind our unit had an interior light on 24/7. Made.our unit extremely warm and just miserable in the summer. No one ever fix that and or called me to.diecuss complaint.

Dan MTowing equipment had to be replaced 2-3x in the matter of three hours, & 1 day post initial rental reservation pickup. The original towing dolly was not fit to my car properly & I now have car damage with a claim currently being processed. No empoylees are trained to give directions in regard to equipment being rented, completely POINTLESS for rental purposes. Uhaul as an entire company made the move much more difficult. Luckily I was smart enough to have insurance on the towing dolly's you guys clearly don't inspect thoroughly or actually test to fit specific cars. Definitely will use outside services before considering you all again.

Murad BMy truck broke down on the last day, and it took three hours to get it repaired. It stalled and broke down in a way that blocked traffic and blocked me from picking up my vehicle from the mechanic shop. I pleaded with Heather to have it towed in the name of safety, but she insisted that protocol should be followed first. Your truck blocked traffic and blocked me from working that day, because it was in the way. I lost hundreds of dollars in business, and people had to direct traffic around your truck, all because Heather wouldn't send a tow truck to have your broken down truck moved out of everyone's way. I couldn't be more disappointed. Knapp Sisters Storage credited me 40.00, which I appreciated. UHAUL should have- and could have- handled this much better. I deserve more of a refund than 40.00. Barbara BThe trailer had a bunch of trash in it. The trailer was not secured properly to my vehicle and therefore as I got about 3 miles away the trailer came lose from my hitch while I was driving , scraping my lower bumper facia. It also severed the light harness requiring me to splice it back together before I could drive it.
Michael SEven though the attendant on duty helped me with disconnecting my trailer he apparently never checked it in so I was getting texts and phone calls from the "regional office" two weeks later. Not good.

Debbie TA good experience overall. I rented a pickup and a dolly. Picking them up was seamless. My return time was incorrect on my emailed receipt, but when I bought it to the attention of office personnel, the issue was resolved quickly and getting the refund on my credit card was painless. Overall, a good operation! I would use them again.

Luis LCheck out vehicles first. And if you have to switch vehicles do all the steps without telling the customer it's ok you don't need to do the inspection. Put the correct gas level on the form. First guy was very nice. 2nd one was lazy.
