Difficult to get to in a high-traffic area. Not enough staff to complete our transaction. Called ahead to make sure someone would be there to help hook up the trailer and when we arrived the person who was supposed to help would not be be back for 45 minutes. Someone had to call him and get instructions by phone. Transaction was not completed properly so they had to call me back later to finish up. THIS WAS NOT THE LOCATION I REQUESTED IN MY ORIGINAL RESERVATION! IT WAS MUCH FARTHER AWAY FROM MY HOME AND INCONVENIENT AND DIFFICULT TO GET TO.

Owner is very polite & efficient. Stopped what he was working on (it's a repair shop), hooked up my trailer, and we tested the lights. Showed me how to tighten the ball if needed during the trip to Florida. I was on my way in 20 minutes. Nice job.

I was not happy that I had to make an hour round trip to pick up a 4x8 trailer when there are maybe 5 places only 5 minutes from me including a large u-haul center. There are many more that are closer than 30 minutes away but apparently none had a trailer available.

The pick up process through my phone took 45 minutes and wasted time that I paid for with the uhaul. The reason for the delay was because the lock the key was in was so rusted I couldn't figure out how to open it. Then once I got into the truck, the tire pressure light was on.

The truck hasn't been inspected since JUNE! The front right tire didn't have a pressure reading so we didn't want to drive it off the lot and tried calling customer service and roadside assistance. We were waiting for 45 min and then a customer service assistant said if "it didn't look flat" we could go. Horrible service.

The sensor for the tire air pressure was broken. I was reassured the tire pressure was checked prior to my rental but recommend the sensor be repaired.

It was not explained to me when I made my reservation that the pick-up location would depend on truck availability. I designated a pick up location close to my home and that was changed to a location 45 minutes away. I was never notified of this location change.

Update the google maps directions, theres a side road you need to take that wont show up there. Unrelated to this location, the original pick up location was terrible.

I was over charged for furniture pads and a dolly that were not in the truck at pick up. Tried to call but every time there is Over and hour wait to speak with some one. This sucks!!!

The location is not the most accessible from one direction and the lot is in behind another building. It is fine, just not as good and easy to get to as other Uhaul locations that I have used.

Several things...the truck was dropped off at the wrong location, 40 minutes in the other direction than where I needed to go. When I got there, the gent said the previous renter never dropped off the truck. The only truck he had was a 10' with no ramp (I rented a 15' with a ramp). After striking out with another Uhaul location, I took the 10' unit. Poor experience with Uhaul, go to Penske.

The app was a little confusing when trying to check in. There should be a note to click Next once you verify that you located your truck. I thought if I clicked Next then I would be done and not able to find the key that was located in the lock box. This led to me calling customer service for help however if I was told to click Next I would have saved time and knew the approval process and key retrieval process was detailed on the next screens.

Driver side mirror FELL OFF the truck while driving Hard shifting while driving Pick up location was a scrapyard Highly dissatisfied experience!! Will NEVER rent from this location again!! Does not live up to what I know to be Uhaul Corporate expectations!!

Location was essentially a junk yard. My biggest problem, however, was the fact that the UHaul application took me almost 30 minutes to get approved after I uploaded all of the requested information. I tried to call the toll free number and was put on hold the entire time. So, it took a half hour for me to wait to get approved. Very frustrating.

The location is extremely hard to find. We missed it at first pass and then had to walk around after doing a huge detour to find it. Its unclear where to store the vehicles.

I had trouble finding this place even with my GPS- was confusing to get there. Also by the time I had found it I wasted gas driving around so I was charged an additional $18 for gas!!! Location was closed (it was Sunday)

The employee was late. They showed up at 9:05 when our reservation was for 9am. Then the computer was running updates so they could not rent the truck to us until it was done. We sat there for an hour and 20 minutes before they were able to rent us the truck. Messed up our entire day and was completely unacceptable.

Your app wouldnt send pictures on the first try, it took multiple attempts when i picked the truck up. And when dropping off, pictures wouldnt send at all. i had to call when i got home. If youre going to offer the app as a service, it should work. Minimally, i should be able to talk to a representative in the app if it wont send pictures when dropping the truck off.

Was overcharged for gasoline by 3 gallons - I only drove 64 miles and added 4 gallons of gasoline just before I returned the vehicle. The gas mileage should have been about 15 mpg. It looks like I was overcharged. I will be calling UHaul customer service and disputing this overcharge as well as disputing this entire charge with my credit card company.

I would like to add 2 notes: First, I made a reservation and went to a separate location - only to find out that the business was closed, and have the owner yelling at me as though I should've known. Regarding the Knox Auto Repair location, it seemed a bit sketchy. It's not the kind of place you want to show up by yourself.
