I gave 4 stars because you can't access the climate controlled units 24/7. That's the only downside to this facility. Other than that, I was completely satisfied. Tonya is a consummate professional and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate your needs.

Everything was great, except that there was a leak and some electronics were ruined in my unit... One of the staff who was very helpful said she was going to approach the owner about making it right for my lost merchandise and all the owner offered to do was give me a different unit. To me, that is not how you run a business. The owner is the only reason my review reflects negativity, not the staff. I don't recommend renting there because he is not a fair businessman and I will not rent there again because of it.

Wanted me to oay $50 for a little dirt on floor of U-Haul. I swept it out instead

Moving is difficult enough without these kinds of issues. I don't want to sound opinionated. Here are the facts: 1) the neighboring unit is leaking some kind of fluid, possibly battery acid into my unit. The amount of dirt entering the unit is unbelievable. My stuff was in the unit for about 3 weeks and dirt covered everything! If you look up you can see light entering the roof area. Not direct light, but secondary light. I'm not sure if rain would be able to enter the unit, since it didn't rain, but definitely loads of dirt entered the unit from the top and from the door area. I put several sleeping bags in front of the door and it only helped a little bit. I also put cardboard boxes on the floor to make it tolerable. The road to the unit, and on the entire property, is like driving through the Grand Canyon. It has serious potholes and damage everywhere.

I was suppose to have a unit free of charge for 1 month thru U-Haul rental. It was not granted, she said I would have to have dropped the truck off first to get the month. She then said she could fix it, held me up for over an hour and never fixed anything. I don't recommend the storage or U-Haul

We rented our unit for almost three years. The staff is kind, courteous, and professional. The unit was easily accessible and even had doors on both ends, although we only accessed on one side. The entry gate is very wide and we never had issues when pulling our trailer through. Our unit was on the main road after entering the property, so I have no experience with the remainder of the property. There is some deferred maintenance that needs to be addressed with respect to several large potholes that need to be repaired. Also, we had a bit of water damage on a couple of comforters, so inspections of the roofs are probably due. Finally, I would re-rent at Kokopelli Storage if we were moving back to Kingman.

Very secure facility. Only one incident noted when interior temp had problems but was quickly remedied.

Tonya was great at resolving all issues. Your reservation system is not good though. It took several calls before I arrived to get the reservation correct in your system. But the people are great.

Not much room to drop off and turn around. I missed a call from the location and could not get ahold of them to answer their question so had to leave a voicemail. I had selected a different drop off location I knew was easy to access but was advised UHAUL had changed drop locations while I was enroute. No reason was given as to why locations changed.

I was told if we were running a bit late on the return, it was OK as they are closed on Sunday's. It turned out we were running a bit late. They turned around and charged us for another day of rental. We returned the truck with more gas, than we got it with. A very poor way to do business

The lady at the counter was excellent. However, Uhaul Customer service rented a truck that was broken down. I had to go to another location to get a truck then back to this location to get the trailer rented. The miles allowed were not sufficient for my needs. Had to go to four different uhaul locations to get everything that I needed. A paint hassle with poor phone help.

The trailer came back from the shop and was leaking brake fluid. Uhaul should give me some money back for having to deal with a long haul with brake fluid leaking and having to be filled up constantly.

Worst area to drive into. All kinds of divots and potholes the gravel ridiculous driving area totally ridiculous very poor management for upkeep of the area as far as the storage unit that was fine but my vehicle bottomed out almost every time going over the gate stupidity ridiculous idiotic but remember the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few so probably nothing will happen with this message but at least I got it off my chest poor poor poor

I made my reservation about a month in advance for a 26ft truck with furniture dolly and 6 dozen moving blankets. We were told they only had 2 dozen blankets. Not a big deal.

First the U-Haul online pick up/drop off is a Joke. It is set up for customers to fail. The trucks AC most important in this area, worked very little. NO Cold air, truck around 80 all the time on full. The driver side door weather stripping is not installed with strip adhesive and continually needed to be re-installed by myself. For the pricing these trucks need to be perfect. As an ex-employee from the 70's of U-Haul as a Mechanic this would have been unacceptable by any quality check by me or the locational district.

My due date to vacate the premises was on July 6th. Because the movers were late I couldn't vacate until the morning of the 7th. I was still charged a full months rent at $155.00. Bill said he wouldn't pro rate for the unit. The unit was immediately rented so he made $310 for the month on that unit. Does that seem fair?

seniors that moved out 5 days after due date were charged a full month we pu t up with pot holes and terrible drive never complained you offer nothing for us EVEN A SMALL CUT ON THE 80,00 NO I WILL NOT RECCOMEND YOU

The truck I rented had a few problems so it was no longer available for rent. I received the only other truck there, which was an upgrade, for the same price. The employee who waited on me was courteous, and professional. She handled the problem quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this dealer.

Everyone was always very helpful and friendly. When we were first looking for storage, we needed 2 units. Office personnel found a way that our units were side by side , making it easier for our move. We would most definitely recommend Kokopelli Storage.

My things had been there for 17 1/2 years, long time I know, but due to finances, couldn't get it out sooner.....but the lock was not going to open, and they cut it off for me so I could get my things out.....office staff was so nice, and helpful thru the entire move out process.....it was so hot that day, and she let us cool down inside.....I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to store their things....

I had my household belongings stored here for almost a year. When I emptied my unit I discovered that the roof leaked, causing damage to some of our belongings. When I brought this to their attention they refused to give me any reimbursement or compensation, because I did not take their insurance. Don't store anything you care about in this facility!

The truck was promised at a location 135 miles round trip closer. We had to drive 2-1/2 hrs out of our way late at night to pu the rental that was promised to be in town. Please rectify this issue.

Truck had to be swept out. Loked like a dust storm happened inside. Woman who waited on us was new and no one to help her at site. She didn't go around truck to look for damages. Said it had been checked in by another employee.

I called customer service and they quickly reserved my truck. Then called to verify it was there the day before. My truck was at the pick up location and I checked out quickly and efficiently. All the staff were diligent and personable. I had a great experience.

Judy had me fill out a transload agreement saying I would get a $500 reimbursement. I moved all of my belongings from one uhaul to the other while my toddler luckily took a nap. The $500 never came and I'm being told that they can't find the paperwork. Daniel doesn't answer his phone and the facility seems to be screening my calls now
