The U-Haul app failed during after-hours check-in. The app would not allow me to upload a photo of the parking location of the tow dolly. I tried both the Android app and the website several times, even rebooted my phone to make sure memory wasn't a factor. If I hadn't returned my tow dolly 12 hours before deadline, I might be facing an extra day of rental fees because of a faulty app.MATTHEW U.

Truck was really dirty. Must have just come in from a long road trip and the front was completely covered with bugs. Would be nice if you would go back to the truck being full when you pick it up instead of returning it at a certain level. It's not great picking up a truck and first thing having to head to a gas station to fuel up, not the best system in my opinion.Brian E.

Since we were not told where to return the trailer we located the nearest ones. The first we tried was closed for 4 days for July 4th. The second one could not find record of us on computer and told us we would have to take it to a site 90 min away ( AFTER the trailer had already been disconnected from our car) or pay a 400 $fee to leave it. After 2 phone calls and waiting on hold for 20 min I was told that â€œsure you can return it where you are. There's no 400 $feeâ€. Such a messBILL B.

The U Haul Computer System was down and Kramer Hardware was unable to help me in a timely way until they did the check out using paper forms. I was delayed at the start and now my credit card is written out for someone to scam me. Need an alternative way to protect the customer. The average score is a reflection of UHaul NOT Kramer Hardware.John W.
Called the location to find out how bid the cargo van tank was in order to estimate how much I would need. Was told on the website that it was a 25 gallon tank. My gas guage read 1/2 fuel yet it took 15 gallons of fuel to fill it. When I returned the van, I questioned it and was shown by the gal what it said on the website. 25 gallon tank. I think an update is needed! The Kramer hardware personnel were very friendly and helpful.Marie D.

Customer service was nonexistent. Communication about scheduling and prices were very unclear. The employee that talked with me was not helpful and seemed annoyed with my questions and concerns. I had two issues with this location: 1. I called before arriving to make sure my trailer pick-up would not be delayed. Even so, upon arriving I had to provide additional info (such as a secondary POC) which I could have easily done on the phone. 2. The package of ten moving blankets was not provided to me, per my contract.John H.

Turned in trk 12hrs early. All in town driving. When I called to get final total they couldn't find my keys. Come to find out another employee had them in there pocket. There is 20 miles difference from what we had to what Ace Hardware had after they found the keys. And the trk was not parked where I parked it the night before.
