Kramers is an awesome place to rent a U-Haul. The people are very accommodating and very friendly. They always make sure the equipment is connected and working properly. They deserve 6 stars!!!
Sean MThe 25 foot U haul truck I requested and reserved was not available. So they replaced it with a 15 foot truck instead. The truck I got the brakes were in poor working order. You had to push the brake pedal clear down to the floor to get it to stop. The power steering was not good. It would make noise when you turned a corner. The truck died a little ways from my new house. I checked the battery and the battery cable end was held on with a pair of vise grips. I had to jump start it to get it to my house. A tow truck had to come tow it off. The worst experience ever.
Michael UThe truck was faulty. The truck broke down on me while driving, causing a panic attack and me to be late to getting back to my children at home. I have asked for a refund and not gotten one.
channa wMr Kramer in black pickup yelled at me and my husband to move. He was very rude and we were moving. Pricing was much less renting to return from TX??

Kris MMy day was not going well at all. These people were very nice! My trailer has lighting issues before I left, which they identified. I was immediately switched to a different one. That made my day!!! My trip was uneventful.

Deanna JHats off to Kramers Wrecker Service! These people went over and above to load an antique Corvette on a car trailer for me and accomplished it without any damage to the vehicle. This was no easy task! I made the 275-mile trip home without a hitch (other than hail and tornadoes LOL). 5 Stars all the way around!!!
lisa bI originally reserved a truck in Hastings Nebr. Then 2 days before pick up my location changed to Grand Island in one location and the night before in a different location. People needing to move don't need the added stress of finding their truck. The couple ahead of us in line didn't even get the size of truck they needed nor the location they were told originally. Our truck was clean but only 1/4 a tank of gas so we had to fill up before we could even us it.
Dianna SI have rented from Kramer's and from the South Locust location and I can tell you there is no comparison between the two. Kramer's was friendly and very easy to deal with. They offered me insurance and when I declined they didn't insult me or try to scare me or any hard selling tactics. The South Locust location tried to upsell me from the equipment that I needed to equipment that I never needed and did it with a bullshit story of how much better it would be. And then they quoted me a price for what I wanted and told me it was only for 8 hours rental. WHAT??? Kramers gave me what I wanted for the same money and for 24 hours as it should be Very good experiance for me.

DAVID VCharged 20 bucks for an after hours drop off. They were actually closed due to a holiday. I dropped it off a day early and was charged an extra 20 bucks. Total BS!

Victor PI specifically booked at a location near my destination. while I appreciate that location didn’t have the vehicle I requested considering the extra milage i could have selected a different vehicle if I knew I was going to have to go a different location for pick up and drop off.

Gavin WThe only thing that I can comment on is that I rented a 5x9 trailer to haul a safe I've the weekend, I noticed that the trailer did not have a jack on it , I believe that would be a nice addition to the trailer it's not always convenient to pull the trailer around would be nice to be able unhook the trailer.

Tammy JSince the email didn't work I had to call them late on Friday. The lady that answered was incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciated them after having a bad experience in Lincoln and packing in a snowstorm. She even said she would go into the office and check in the truck even though they were closed.

Justin CFor the amount I pd to rent the truck. Then I had to pay more money to pay to get pull out of mud by road service. I thought it came altogether for ,renting truck. Told had to bring back 9am but wasn't open. ( 48th vine) I pd to rent the truck but had to have a second guy for ok to confirm to talk to me jonie k)!! One lousy question I that had nothing to do with the second guy that was also on contract. . Not right !

CHRISTOPHER WCentral scheduling has goofed up two times when I used U-Haul during the last six months!!!!! A) September, 2019 booked at the South Locust U-Haul center for 6 pm. Kramer's Auto calls to ask why I have not picked up the rental at noon. Said I did not know I was supposed to pick up there and pick up at noon. Changed plans to secure truck at Kramer's at 4 pm. Thank God Kramer's called or I would not have a truck for moving. B) Tried to rent truck and transporter in April. Scheduled me to pick up truck 60 miles east of residence; go back 70 miles west to get the transporter; them return 70 miles east to load car...go back west 60 miles to residence to load out. Too many miles to put equipment together!!!!!
Daniel SPoor customer service over the phone, the truck was dirty when we picked it up, the gas gauge was broken so we had no idea how much fuel was available and nobody informed us of this issue beforehand.
